What is an affirmation?
AFFIRMATIONS ARE SHORT, strong, and positive statements that train your mind to believe you can achieve your goals and aspirations. An affirmation is an affirmative statement that something has already come to pass. For example, if your goal is to lose weight, you might use the affirmation, I love the feeling of being at my goal weight
or I weigh the same as I did in high school.
