How Memory Works
I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, it's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life's realities.

Before we can start improving memory, we have to first understand how the human memory works. With that being said, the Human memory is a fascinating, complex, and amazing process that travels throughout the brain. Memorable events such as your baby being born, your favorite food, the scent of your loved ones cologne or perfume, are all memories of your life that provide you with a feeling or sense of self. These comfortable memories connect your past with your present thus providing an outline for the future. Therefore, one can say that it is our collective set of memories that makes us who we are.
Many people say they have bad memory,
which sounds almost as if it was a physical body part, such as bad hair or bad eyes. But the process of remembering is not a thing that can be touched and/or physically repaired. In the past many experts used to explain that memory was tucked away or stored away in one area of the brain. But recent science has shown that memory is much more complex than a file storage system it was previously thought to be. In fact, it is believed that memory is not stored in one particular place but it is rather a brain wide process.
What did you eat for dinner last night? Do you remember? If a picture of a big plate of steak and mashed potatoes entered your mind, you didn’t retrieve that from some kind of deep corridor. In fact, that memory was the result of a complex constructive power that we all possess. Your memory
is derived from a group of systems where each system is plays a unique role in storing, creating, and recalling memories.
In other words, when the brain processes information all of these different systems work with each other to provide a cohesive
