Introduction
This book covers three different yet very similar diet plans: Gluten Free Diet, Paleo Diet and Quinoa Diet. All three of these diets have one major thing in common, no gluten found within the ingredients in the recipes. These are perfect diets for those who wish to eat gluten free for their own health reasons or simply by choice.
The first section covers the Gluten Free diet plan. This diet offers a wide variety in choices with the recipes provided. Many who choose to be on the gluten free diet find it helps to alleviate their symptoms of gluten allergies and intolerances.
An important factor about the gluten free diet is that people choose to enjoy this diet because of the benefits it gives aside from being just gluten free. Need help with weight loss? Gluten free eating with help to lose the weight and maintain the weight loss. The other benefits are icing on the cake (so to speak.)
Perhaps people once thought that by going gluten free you could only eat steamed vegetables fresh fruit with lean cuts of meat. Not so anymore, take a look at the recipes given here. Try on some delicious recipes for size like appetizers and snacks, all gluten free. Enjoy foods like Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings, Garlic and Parmesan Chicken Wings and more.

The choices include Gluten Free Chocolate Cake (yes, cake!), Dark Chocolate Fondue, Baked Apples and a decadent Coffee Chocolate Mousse. You will find cakes, pies, puddings, and mousses in this book.
The next section is the Paleo Cookbook. We have taken a good look at the Stone Age people and their diet and have adapted their diet to the Paleo Diet plan. They ate gluten free and grain free including no legumes. They enjoyed a diet rich in vegetables, fruits and all kinds of meats.

No meal plan is complete without the addition of side dishes that includes soups and snacks too. The Paleo diet section has several very good recipes for these including a sweet Potato - Lime Soup, Steamed Baby Carrots with Dill and Honey, Red Pepper Dip, and a delicious Chicken Soup with Sweet Potatoes and Swiss Chard.

Quinoa recipes are a perfect addition to the Paleo Diet and the Gluten Free Diet. Quinoa offers a great grain substitute for making all sorts of recipes. Quinoa also works as a meat substitute, giving vegans and vegetarians an alternative to soybeans.
Vegan recipes are ones without any source of animal product. They are completely meat free and dairy and egg free too. Seafood is another meat that goes well with quinoa. For seafood lovers there are four delicious recipes. Try some of the popular seafood recipes including Salmon Quinoa Cakes, Shrimp and Quinoa Croquettes with Sauce, Quinoa with Roasted Fish and Veggies and the Mediterranean Seafood Salad with Quinoa.
If you like pork or lamb, there are four recipes that include these meats. One recipe that calls for fried quinoa can be made with either pork or lamb. Also, try the Pork Tenderloin with Quinoa Pilaf, Pork Quinoa Soup and Quinoa and Ham Omelets.
These recipes are easily adaptable. Substitute vegetables and herbs. Try out different meats. Use your imagination to all your own twist and come up with more recipes you and your family will love.
The whole point of this cookbook is to show you can find healthy recipes that are gluten free as highlighted in the three diets offered here. Whether you choose to go with the gluten free plan, Paleo diet plan, or the quinoa diet, you will lose weight, be healthier, and feel better. Some will go with one or the other; however, these recipes are very similar and easily interchangeable. You can remain gluten free while choosing a recipe from the Paleo diet and quinoa diet.
Section 1: Gluten Free Cookbook
Gluten Free -- By Chance or By Choice -- A Healthier Diet
Gluten Free diets are typically entered into by necessity, not by chance. That doesn't mean, however, that there are no real benefits to making the choice to go gluten free. In fact, for those who are considering a diet that may help to lower their cholesterol and make other positive, long-term health changes, going gluten free has some potential health benefits that may not have been considered.
Going gluten free has become a fairly popular new trend. You might even consider it to be one of those diet fads
that hit the magazine and book shelves every few years. The difference is that most fads are not healthy and really don't help a great deal. This fad--which is not really a fad--is being seen to increase the energy and to improve the overall good health of many people who use it.
Celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Chelsea Clinton are finding that gluten free works for them, and it can work for you too. It's quite likely that you're seeing more and more gluten free products hitting the supermarket shelves recently. For those who have no food allergies and aren't concerned with gluten in their diet, going gluten free is something you probably haven't explored very carefully. The reason for the growing number of gluten free foods is that many people have explored gluten free and found that even if they don’t' have to utilize the diet, it's much healthier--quite like the paleo diets which are so popular.

If you have a gluten intolerance or allergy, going gluten free for you isn't a choice, it's a necessity and you need To make sure that you don't accidentally take in gluten in some form by mistake.
Become an expert at reading the packaging and finding out precisely what is in the product and not just that, what it has come into contact with so that you know your products are gluten free.
People who have certain food allergies or disease processes such as Celiac disease may not be able to tolerate even a tiny amount of gluten in their diet. One of the most common questions to be found among those who are newly
