About this ebook

With all of my heart, I believe it is true
that there is a heaven for animals, too.

The heaven of animals is a magical place. Angels know every dog's favorite game; cats bask in their own rays of sunshine; horses thunder across the sky.
The loss of a pet is heartbreaking. But in the heaven of animals, the love you have for your animal friends lives on. National-bestselling author Nancy Tillman's message of comfort will help readers of all ages through the process of grieving and healing.

Overdone but comforting and reassuring for anyone who has lost an animal companion.

What a joy to behold a book filled with lovely illustrations and a special message regarding the fact that our animals are always with us. The supposition that there is an animal heaven where our beloved pets are free of pain, and un tethered in their ability to romp and play, fills each page of the book.I love the clarity of Tillman's images. I went back and read the book again simply to soak in the beauty.Highly recommended, especially for any one grieving the loss of a soul mate.

Beautiful, as all her books are. And what a gentle and loving message! I think I would have preferred it in non-rhyming verse, but I imagine kids will like it better this way. Now, if she'd just included a sweet hound dog... :)
