    Introduction

    This is a very simple and easy to make recipe. If you don’t have time and want to prepare something quickly, this is the best option! You can eat it just like this or with bread or even a chapatti.

    Utensils required

    Frying pan

    Spoon

    Knife

    Ingredients (serves 4)

    Salt - 1/2

    Red Pepper - 1/2

    Eggs - 3

    Potatoes - 1 small

    Onions - 3

    Cooking oil - ¼ cup

    Tomato - 2

    Green chilies - 2

    Coriander - 1 tablespoon

    Method

    1. In a frying pan, heat oil.

    2. Cut potato in very small pieces and fry them.

    3. Fry onions but don’t make them brown.

    4. Cut small pieces of tomato and fry them.

    5. Put in salt, pepper and green chilies.

    6. When all this is ready, mix in the eggs and cook them for 2 minutes.

    7. Cut coriander into small pieces for garnishing.

    8. Put the meal in a dish or a bowl and garnish it with coriander. Serve hot.

    Mixed Veggie Meal

    Introduction

    This makes a very delicious vegetable meal. One day I was hungry and just had a few raw vegetables at home. I tried making a dish by using them and it turned out to be great. You can eat it with boiled rice as well.

    Utensils required

    Frying pan

    Spoon

    Ingredients (Serves 4)

    Cooking oil - 4 to 5 tablespoons

    Onions - 1

    Cabbage - ½

    Carrots - 3 normal sized

    Capsicum - 2

    Salt - ½ teaspoon

    Red pepper ½ teaspoon

    Water - ¼ cup

    Method

    1. Cut all vegetables in small pieces.

    2. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry onions. Don’t make them brown!

    3. Put salt, pepper and water and mix.

    4. Fry carrots and water for 3 minutes, then cabbage for 3 minutes, then put capsicum and turn of the fire.

    5. Serve hot.

    Potatoes with Onion Rings

    Introduction

    If you like potatoes, this is a recipe for you. You can eat it with a chapatti or rice. You can look for a recipe for onions rings on Google. They are very easy to make. They are good for serving with meals and give a professional look.

    Utensils required

    Frying pan

    Knife

    Serving dish

    Ingredients (Serves 4)

    Potatoes – 250 g / 8.8 Oz

    Salt - ½ teaspoon

    Red pepper - ½ teaspoon

    Kalonji - a pinch

    Oil - 2 tablespoons

    Achaar masala - ½ teaspoon

    Coriander - 1 tablespoon

    Green onions – 1 (only green part)

    Method

    1. Put potatoes in 1 inch pieces.

    2. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry potatoes.

    3. Mix in salt, pepper, achaar masala, onions and kalonji.

    4. Put in some water and let it look on low heat for 5 minutes.

    5. Serve it in a dish with onion rings and garnish with coriander.

    Zucchini Souffle

    Very light, pleasant and really tasteful zucchini souffle.

    Utensils

    - a bowl;

    - a tablespoon;

    - a knife;

    - a colander;

    - a deep pot;

    Ingredients for 6 people:

    1 kg. zucchini

    300 g cheese

    1 cup flour

    3 eggs

    1 cup of yogurt

    1 tsp baking soda

    1/2 cup oil

    dill, savory, pepper and chopped 3-4 cloves garlic (or garlic powder ) .

    Directions:

    Peel the zucchini and grate them in a deep pot. Leave them for 10-15 minutes in a colander to drain. Put them back in a deep pot and add the flour, oil, spices, soda, yogurt, eggs, grated cheese. Baffle well.
