Great cookbook for the vegetarian looking to bring more versatility to their cooking repertoire. If you weren't raised a vegetarian, and I wasn't, than cutting the meat out also cuts alot of cooking options out, at least I thought so. I tried to fill the gaps using tofu, but the problem was I didn't really know many or even the best way to prepare it. I saw this on the shelf while making a pass through a book store and picked it up on a lark, and I'm very glad I did. I've gotten the chance to try several of the recipes and they've all come out great. My favorites are the shephard's pie and the sweet and sour tofu.
