    Health is wealth. The only real wealth we have. If we properly fuel our systems, then by definition we eliminate most dietary or fuel related health issues. This means a longer, healthier life with less time wasted being, sick, ill, fatigued, and less of the undefined aches and pains etc. What would you, personally, give for a extra day of feel good?       Bullshit.

      This book is about conscious choices.

      Food is our fuel.

      Anything that corrupts our fuel supply makes our bodies less efficient and causes:

      BODY MIND AND SPIRIT

      THE BASIC HUMAN RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT IS IN OUR FOOD

      Knowledge is only for those who seek it. Hundreds of millions of marketing dollars confuse us. If you dare to question what you think you know, then the world is possibility. Let’s solve a riddle that has taken my whole life to figure out….

      First… is there really a need for yet another diet book? Well, that is a very good question. The answer is: NO. Good thing, because this is not a book about diet at all.

      Universal Ideas:

      It is our human right to know what food is.

      It is our human right to know what is in our food.

      I can then, make my own decisions.

      Knowledge is power.

      Our past is millions of years of evolution and 100 years of incredible changes. Farm to table. Then: farm to factory to table. Then: the rise of agri business where dollars rule and chemicals dominate. The modern food processor and manufacture of goods and the chemicals, dyes and artificial stuff that are all part of the modern food industry.

      The advent of biotechnology that has changed the food landscape dramatically in only 20 years. This gives us cause to answer many ethical questions. Is patenting life ok? Do we want that stuff in our food chain? And if we decide yes, it is our right to know what is in the package: any GMO should be on the label. We’ve had 20 years of it being quietly implemented into our supplies. Don’t believe me? Check out trade magazines like: Successful farming magazine and read up on the current happenings of biotech on the farm. THIS ISN’T CHOICE. It’s happening people. How about GMO in our fisheries?

      Throughout these interdependent industries is the knowledge of corporate deceit and the lies of marketing dollars. Every few years there is yet another corporate tale of consumer betrayal that hits the news.. Glowing salmon, Pink slime, Salmonella, fake oils, doctored goods, and the health epidemics that no industry claims like obesity and diabetes.

      It doesn’t stop there, industry groups are chipping away at the very foundations of our society to change laws and or create laws to serve their purposes:

      Here is the really dangerous canary in the coal mine: The DARK ACT 4432 introduced in November of 2014 is currently being debated in the halls of congress. Industry marketers promote it as safe food act in reality it denies us the right to know if GMO’s are present. Many other countries legally require labeling as part of a informed public. Why should ours be any different?

      Isn’t America supposed to be at the front of human rights?

      It is the Biotech, corporate and grocers associations attempt to make:

      it illegal for us to know what in our foods.

      Bought Politicians are promoting this. Yes. You read that right. This is real. There is nothing more base to civilization than food security. What is happening here? The ongoing war to deprive us of our rights will never stop. Why? Their interests will always run counter to our own.

      Who do you trust?

      Not them. Till there is truth there can be no trust.

      But there is always a choice:

      I will not support their model.
