Having raised a dyslexic son, I did a lot of searching for things that he enjoyed listening to as he would try to follow along as I read to him. Most were historic items that helped teach him history with stories about dogs being his favorite. The historic words did make him think along with helping him retain the spellings and meanings of many words, plus I would explain situations with the stories. Those collections, that took years to build, are now going into book forms.

- This book gives you the basics of what you need to do and puts it in a format to follow. If you choose to change your own routine, that is fine.

Simple Tools Needed
Trying to get your family paper treasures organized does require a few things, some of which you may already have. Without the proper items it would be like trying to boil water without heat. You will FIRST need to make sure you have these items. I will refer to them as your ‘tools’ and they are NOT expensive.
It will be assumed that you have a computer, HOWEVER if you do not have a computer just substitute the word ‘paper’ in place of it where it is applicable throughout these pages.
...
If you do not have a computer, you would be very wise to get one. Some think they have to learn ‘THE computer’. NO, you have to learn some basic, very simple computer basics (like how to turn it
