How are we all doing, swimming in the river of life? It is a very exciting, enriching, and magnificent time to be here, on mother Gaia. A great deal has happened on our planet since I wrote my first book, The Soul’s Journey, in 2012. I am so excited to see that many of us are shifting to a higher consciousness of thinking with our heart instead of our head.

We have all asked to have many lessons in this current life, and as the loving creator called God, Universe, or Source, moved us down the river, our request has been granted. We are stronger than ever before, but not without many trials and heartbreaks. Our heart muscles grow stronger with every test. After trials of faith, we have come to believe more than ever before that we are all connected to God. We will be at peace only when we can share our talents, love, and emotions with others, as we are all one and all part of God.

I am blessed with informative, enlightening, and heartwarming cases as I continue to work with clients in past life regression and between lives regression cases. I am also blessed with my wonderful, loving guides, who include Aranthia, my master guide, Johnathan, Marcy, Simon, who especially helped me in the writing of the book, as well as Loneagle, and Filamenta, my angel guide. I also have frequent help from Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Uriel, and Raphael. They many times put me in the scenes that the client sees and they also help me with all the attachment releases.

The constant theme in all the stories you will read is that our stay on this planet is always about change and how we humans process that change. Do we suffer traumatic blows to our higher self and bring that trauma into our present life, do we take our gifts from insights we gain in past lives and use them to help mankind, or do we return often to our original planets, where our souls re-energize ourselves to be strong enough for the challenges on Earth?

Some souls are so advanced in their evolution here, or have incarnated in such important times in our human history, that they act as masters for the rest of us to learn from. We are a mix of many different soul energies all working together to help this wonderful, fantastic planet of ours to shift to a higher consciousness we call the 5th dimension.

Come along with me and hear word by word what the clients see in the altered state of a past life or a between lives session. Read as they visit the planet’s past history or other worldly realms, talking to other loved ones, or ascended masters. Hear predictions of Earth’s future from many ancient, ascended beings. Identify with many of the situations you listen in on in sessions as if they were your circumstances and learn how you can move forward in your own life with these lessons.

I will follow up with many of the clients to see how they are faring today. Hear how the experience of past life and between lives therapy made a difference in their present life. Read how attachment release has allowed ones to follow their path without fear, dread, or weight of carrying sadness from the past. Feel the emotion of the clients as they release the dark entities attached to them, or as they release spirits from the other realm that drain their energy.

Historic lives that you will recognize will be examined, not so much for the details in history, but how the events affected the soul who stepped into these time periods. How did the events grow the soul? Are they here today to help us learn from their experiences in these strong, decision-making lives that touched so many other lives, or are they confused, and still questioning what they learned?

Very interesting cases of phobias and fears will be examined through the use of past life therapy. Clients were drawn to use past life therapy when everything else they had tried had failed to explain why they felt what they felt when put in certain environments. Clear and detailed events are shown to explain their apprehension and fear.

I know that without the growth of incarnation when we choose to experience a human life, our eternal soul essence does not advance as quickly in the river of life back to God or source. We are continually growing as we take on human situations that are difficult. We must be inventive, creative, and most of all, loving to others and ourselves to move further along the river.

The use of past life and between lives regression therapy helps us to unblock any darkness, fear, or strong emotion we attached to the many scenarios, environments, relationships, and energies that we may have created for ourselves in past lives. We free ourselves from the lower dimensions of those feelings, to experience our present lives in the higher dimensions of consciousness with freedom, love, and excitement!

Chapter One

Our Multidimensional World

My goal in this book is to enlighten you by helping you to absorb these very intimate and intriguing stories of past lives into your very being. To feel what the clients experiencing these scenes felt. If you can learn about the shifts others have made by the insight and understanding they have after viewing their past lives, then maybe you, too, can grow in consciousness.

Many, many more are seeing the blessings in their lives when relationships or events do not turn out the way they had hoped. Many, many more understand that the universe can lead us to our chosen soul’s path in a clear, intended way much better than our best laid plans could ever achieve.

However, many that I work with still prefer to go back to their daily routine, not seeing the messages and the lessons their higher self and spirit guides just imparted on them. The coaching I offer helps them to incorporate an ongoing relationship with God/universe and their loving ascended beings, we call spirit guides.

As a certified past life regression therapist, I believe that souls choose to live in human form on this earth for definite reasons. There are lessons to be learned or challenges to be faced that help our souls grow and evolve to a higher spiritual level of understanding. As you read these stories of clients who have come to me for clarity of their soul’s path, you will see how their past lives influence their current lives in so many ways.

Dyana is a client who better understood her soul’s path once she visited a past life. She has had her own hair styling business in a very upscale part of southern California for over 25 years. Yet, she has had no long term relationships that have been healthy for her. She struggles financially, though she is very good at what she does. She had a difficult 2013. She had a messy breakup with her boyfriend, who was not very committed to the relationship, she had to move because her development was remodeling and raising the rent, and her father passed away after a long illness with cancer. She had never developed a close relationship with her father. He did not give her encouragement in her life, but rather involved himself with his second wife and stepchildren.

Dyana saw in regression work that she had lived a past life of total selflessness in regard to her children and her village. She gave of herself one hundred percent of the time to others. In that life in Ireland in the 1700s, she never received any rewards from the community for her efforts and she never had time to access what she personally wanted from life. Moving forward into this current life, her goal, as she learned in her session, was to be an independent person. Dyana wanted to discover her personal talents as a soul growing and using her multisensory senses. She did not step into relationships very easily because she did not trust the men in her life to support her independence. She believed they just wanted her for her sex and her attention.

I informed her that she had grown from the regression experience and had not even realized it. She had come through this traumatic past year of 2013 and had conquered a lot to achieve her goals of being strong and independent. Her relationship was not giving her what she deserved and even though her boyfriend frequently wanted to reunite, she persisted with him and said it just was not enough for her.

Her father’s passing had affected her, but she realized she had to let go of the sadness that they had been unable to develop a loving relationship in this present life. She let go and released the dream of a close relationship with her father, and she felt stronger for it. Even the home move empowered her to find exactly the part of town where she wanted to live that was convenient and affordable. She was now happy to enjoy her time alone at home.

Dyana also found that she released several of her friends in 2013. I pointed out to her that it was because she
