Marian Ludewig is an entrepreneur who sold a range of weight loss equipment for a few years, and realized that the eating and living the secret code element eating plan is the best. She came across many people asking “will the machine work for me?” and had to be honest with herself and others knowing that a machine is not the real answer to all. Many people have success with the machines and others not.
Marian is an avid researcher on food and the effect it has on different bodies. With her studies in Nutritional Balancing Science she realized again that what she researched for 8 years made perfect sense with what the body really needs. With her own experiences and interest in diets and weight loss and based on ancient traditional methodologies of the Greek, Indian and Chinese, she came across the secret code which opened a door of recognizing why people and even family members are different from each other

I have been selling a range of weight loss machines in South Africa since 2011 after I read an article about Madonna losing cm with the acoustic wave (ultrasonic cavitation) machine, and many people asked me if the machines will work for them. I had to be honest and tell them that machines cannot do the weight loss on their own, maybe cm loss, and it is not permanent. People are forever searching how to improve their bodies and health, and do shop hopping and searching for the real answer. I started to investigate a few eating plans. By starting to eat a high protein diet made me so constipated and made me realize that it was not such a good eating plan for me. I started searching for a diet I could use and which was highly advertised and “proved” in the media, but no one seemed to actually really work as I might lose 3kg but keep gaining it back for some or other reason. I also tried suppressants to make me eat less, but that caused havoc in my body, and it made me feel horrible. The blood type method also taught me that I should not eat meat, due to me being an A+ blood-group, and I tried that, but I was so exhausted with no energy and always hungry, but it had a bit of truth in it, because certain foods made me feel bloated. I also realized that eating according my blood type was also not for me. My daughter is also a type A+ blood type and she is skinny and battles to put on weight and we used to eat the same food, and she could consume more food than me, whilst I am chubby and gain weight easily. Also I realized that during my research and studying of diets and foods as well as what is right and wrong for your body, there were more diets and food books on the shelves and I could only be the next book, but I also realized that what I present in this book is not on any bookshelf and hope that I could somewhere help somebody to lose weight and be healthy and keep the weight off and being aware of their unique body. I took a diploma course in Nutritional Balancing Science and this also taught me about the metabolic diet. I have learnt through Nutritional Balancing Science that a Fast Oxidizer has more of an Apple Figure with a lower calcium and magnesium level which can cause diarrhea. The Slow Oxidizer is more the Pear figure and has a constipation tendency. The only reliable way to find out which oxidizer body you have is through hair analyses but this still does not reveal what kind of body you have, and I have not heard for certain that this eating plan helps for everybody. With this book I intend to make you more aware of how your body works, the different elements of our body, how our emotions and food interlink. How allergies can occur by eating wrong and over acidity. When you take certain medicines - what food you need to avoid. How important food combination is and how cooling and heating foods affect your body. By knowing your secret code you can easily see if you fit the characteristics. On that knowledge you will be able to choose the correct table for your specific body element type.

All human beings need food, enjoy food, and crave food. But most do not know how, when and if the specific body can tolerate it―that is, most people do not know how to balance, select, avoid, or prepare food. Health in Taoist terms is synonymous with what you eat, what you metabolize, and how you balance your diet. What you put in your body becomes part of your body. If you put in healthy food, your body becomes healthy. If you put in garbage, your body becomes garbage.

People are forever searching how to improve their bodies and health, and do shop hopping and searching for the real answer.

My research and studies are coming a very long time. When my father passed on in 1980 I went through his books and realized that he started to read how to eat the correct foods to live better and healthier life as well as lose unnecessary weight. He was a heavy smoker and four years before his transition he stopped smoking but it was already too late as he had emphysema and could not turn back the clock on that.

When I lost my mother from cancer when I was only 16 years old, I was in later years interested to investigate why her cancer was caused especially when later her three sisters and brother also passed on of some or other cancerous disease. I did not realize the seriousness of eating healthy at that time. I only realized it when I looked at a family picture where it came to me as a shock that I was the only survivor! I realized I was outliving them all due to my healthy eating habits. Then I remembered how they competed as to who made the best pastries and cakes! A shiver went through my spine and I knew how wrong it was! My mother was a sugarholic! Even had sugar crystals on a string and had that daily! I realized that it was the sugar and eating habits what poisoned her body. When I was 38 years old I also had a lump in my left breast and was very lucky that it was not malignant, and it made me even more aware of my eating habits. With research I also realized that each body has a soft spot and to build the immune system was eating the correct food the best medicine for the body.

I had my own emotional dramas in life after my wrong choice of partner. My emotions and energy start building up in my body as well and I did not release it and also my life did not get better. During 2001 after a very dramatic experience in my life I lost about 8kg, but after a year I gained triple that weight ending up weighing 98kg!!! I could not understand this as I am not a big eater, but I started slowly to go back to my research and studies and made sure I know what I drink and eat.

During my studies I also learnt that Nauru has the most obese people. Nauru has the world's highest level of type 2 diabetes, with more than 40% of the population affected. Life expectancy on Nauru in 2006 was 58 years for males and 65 years for females. Nauru, once the richest country is now known as the world's fattest country, with 94% of its population being overweight. One of the main reasons is the eating habits of the Nauruans. They rarely cook, and have NO idea of what a healthy eating plan is. Traditional food includes fish and coconut, but these days they especially enjoy Spam and Corned Beef and eat a lot of rice. Nauruans do not grow any vegetables! - For the rest of the world statistics also shows that 32% of the world population is obese and 68% overweight.

So what was then right and what was wrong?

I wanted desperately to get to the core of my eating needs and still be healthy and energetic. There was a lot of information I had to search through. Ancient sciences are ignored nowadays and unfortunately people have inadequate information about their bodies and food they need to take. Unless you were born into a family in which traditional foodways were the norm, you may not have had the opportunity to learn early in life some of the healthy habits which natural result in good digestion and vibrant health. This first of all includes having an early-learned sense of taste for authentic foods that can be your guiding star all your life amid the morass of sinister foodlike concoctions with which modern commerce floods our markets.

When I realized I had to lose weight fast I came across an old recipe I received about a fat burning soup and I combined it with ancient methodology and choices for your specific body. I cannot believe that I have not tried it earlier when I received it,
