Ever since I was a kid, for as long as I can remember, sugar seemed to form a large part of my diet. I seemed to be allowed to eat as much sugary food as I wanted and looking back that probably wasn’t the best choice that my parents made.

As a kid I remember being allowed to eat as many sweets as I wanted and washed down with Pepsi or Coca-Cola. I knew I was addicted to both of these drinks but I just couldn’t help it. The more I drank of them the more I wanted to drink them.
