Feeling Your Way to Happiness - George Birdsall
Introduction
Happiness means many things to many different people, it may be the feeling you get from eating a bowl of rice; or buying a new Lear jet; or a religious experience; or just enjoying the beauty of nature. It seems to me that the search for true happiness and joy is the main reason for our journey in life.

In this eBook I will explore some of the concepts of happiness and reveal a few ideas which may help to feel more happiness and consequently less stress in your life.
