About this ebook
Knowing yourself better to know others...
Why Me? w.t.f !
And why not you?
How many times have you asked yourself this question? Why was I born to be what I do not want to be? What needs to be changed? Why do these things happen to me? Why wasn’t I born rich or good looking? Why am I so miserable? Why now? Why me?
This book is not for the faint hearted. It requires you to do hard personal work. Through this process, your courage and tenacity will be tested. It will make you ask questions about yourself and you may not like the answers. Those are your questions to you, and the consequences are yours alone. Change, change and more changes. Pressure, pressure and more pressures. When will it end? When will today’s life give me the break I need? When will I be able to simply live without the demands, the constant hassles created around me by others and by myself. Can I shut the door? Will another door open? Will my prayers be answered? Is there a God that listens to me? The world is changing, but is it changing for the better or for the worse? Where are the standards, the moral values, the love, the comprehension and the compassions I am supposed to give and to receive?

Foreword
Why Me?
Technological and scientific advancement make our lives easier, more challenging and more complicated. New toys are invented to give us the pleasures and the short-term distractions to avoid the conflicts that lie within us. Or perhaps we have found a more sophisticated way to avoid looking at ourselves and discovering the truth, and the lies, within us. After all, why should we improve ourselves and become better human beings, when everything and everyone around us points us in the wrong direction? Is it easier to justify our actions than to take responsibility for our decisions and do the right thing even if it costs us?
We control our environment, we alter it to suit us and by the same token we try to control those around us to suit ourselves. We want to be in charge of everything and everyone. Manipulating in order to protect ourselves from others. After all it is easier to control than being controlled. It does not matter how.
We have improved our means of communication to share our knowledge in the name of progress. Our physical lives have improved. We live longer; we are smarter and stronger than our ancestors; but are we wiser? Where does wisdom come from?
We are in effect changing our environment faster than we can adapt to it. We are killing ourselves in a constant struggle to keep up and adapt to our own creations. And now we have created our own Hell in the name of progress and freedom…
We are basically dying from stress, tension, frustrations, conflicts and emotional extremes - poor mental health. Depressions, fears, hatred, revenge and low self-esteem are some of the common results, in turn leading to far worse behaviours.
We create an image for ourselves that will suit our social environment, our friends and our work places. Everything is cool, there’s nothing wrong with me.
Yet, we live in constant fear of being discovered for whom we really are. We ourselves don’t want to face who we are. After all it’s too hard work, especially if today being NORMAL is not defined in any books. Wanting to be a better person for tomorrow is for the weak. Or is it for the brave? So working on oneself is certainly not one of the favourite subjects of our present society, otherwise everybody would be doing it. So my point is, how many times do we have to fall, be hurt, heartbroken, ruined or torn apart? How many times do we have to turn around in circles to repeat the same experiences, whether bad or good, before we decide we need to change our behaviour ? How hard do we have to be hit before we understand that there may be another way? Can human kind learn without pain?
Let us explore together some ways to change for the better…
But first
THANK YOU
A big Thank you
and all my love and recognisance to my Divine Father and the following people that have made this book a reality. By giving their time and efforts, equipments, software, and mostly support and inspiration, they have achieved as much as I did, and proven that all is not lost for us.
All of you are part of my life and participated in your own way in my evolution and given me the examples that have allowed me to grow.
I thank you for your patience and understanding.
You all have given me the experiences, both positive and negative, to learn about you and mostly about myself. You know who you are and your level of participation.
