      1. Love Yourself

      Everyone needs to be loved by someone for feeling good intrinsically. But remember that only those persons are loved by others who love themselves and take adequate care of their health, happiness and humanistic traits, like a smile begets a smile. So, before you expect to be loved, love yourself enough.    

      Identify Yourself

      Often a person is identified by his/her profession. This may go wrong because adopting a profession may be a circumstantial compulsion. For a check, ask yourself, are you doing what you love to do, if not, look into your hobbies and pastimes for what you really are. Even if you are unable to change your profession, identify yourself with what you really love to do, and make it as your focal point. Once you have identified yourself with a profession, you will gradually move closer to it and adopt it.

      Update your Characteristics

      Your conduct is generally guided by what you consider your characteristics. In your childhood, some labels are put on you by others and these may be sticking to you affecting your conduct today even if you are grown up with new characteristics. Shake off your old labels and understand what your characteristics are and conduct yourself accordingly. In my childhood, I was very weak and sick. Though good at my studies, I was unable to face any adverse physical situation. As I crossed over my schooling, my health improved making me a tall healthy young man. It took years for me to understand my physical well-being and readiness to face the physical challenges.

      After understanding my real self, I have travelled on tough terrains with confidence and fearless, enjoyed extreme climatic conditions of rains, heats and colds with boldness, making me stronger and more adaptable to any challenging circumstances. Until her last breathes, my mother never realized my new strengths and was always worried for my bad health.

      Like the old outdated negative traits, outdated positive traits of youthful days keep on sticking to the person even in old-age, leading him/her to misadventures.

      Recognize the Aging Process

      Aging is surely a positive aspect of life for a higher experience and exposure in old age than those of youthfulness. This must change the person’s conduct from being a doer to being a guide to younger generations. Physically strenuous activities must taper off gradually to give place to intellectual activities, thus making life more and more refined as one advances in age.

      Beauty all around makes a person healthy and happy. Beautiful faces enriching boyhood and youthful days may not be present in old age in their earlier roles, but if you treat them lovingly as your children and grand children, they are always there to make you feel healthy and happy through enriching your environment. At my age of over six decades, most of the girls and boys of my locality prefer to play jokes with me, share their secrets with me frankly and fairly as if they are my friends though I treat them like my children and grand children. Their company keeps me healthy and happy.

      Conduct Yourself Rightly, Rightfully

      After having your true identity, update of characteristics and natural developments, conduct yourself accordingly forgetting what has been the perception of you and others about you in the past. This conduct is your true recognition and love for yourself providing you with a new real self-confidence and self-esteem.

      2. Man-woman Partnership

      Analogies

      Men and women are integral parts of human society. Do they have their exclusive individual significances? To answer this, four analogies come to my mind -hardware and software of a computer system, body and mind of a creature, talent and genius of a person, and art and science of a human endeavor. Let us consider them one by one.

      Hardware and Software

      Hardware of a computer system are dead matter while software provide life to them to be useful. Conversely, software have no functionality without being put on the hardware. Basic purpose of life of a man is to procreate to contribute to continuation of existence of life in the Universe. A man can't serve this basic purpose of keeping the humanity alive without support from a woman. Conversely, a woman has no basic utility if a man does not make use of her to procreate. So, man-woman are akin to hardware-software of a computer system.

      Body and Mind

      Body is governed by the mind while the mind has no other function except controlling the body and its activities. So, they have a functional co-relationship. It is often said behind every man of worth, there is always a woman. Thus, women are the driving forces of men, but have no utility without support of men.

      Talent and Genius

      Inter-relationship of talent and genius has been dealt under responsibilities of an individual. Talent is art of performance while genius is the original creative capability. Thus, genius is the whole while talent is the part of it depending on the circumstances. Similarly, a woman is the whole, while the man is a circumstantial creature - a part of the woman - born out of her womb.

      Art and Science

      Their inter-relationship of Art and Science is akin to man-woman relationship in the sense that Science is the mother of all arts, while an art is the utility of a science.

      With all that said and done, man-woman relationship needs their finer matching and compatibility with each other without which no relationship can sustain.

      Man-Woman Compatibility

      Above all, woman is the embodiment of beauty and love, and this includes every attribute that is good for humanity. Conversely, the manhood represents strength and intellect. Thus, both jointly include love and strength necessary for continuity of life in the universe.  

      All arts on earth are derived from love and beauty, therefore a woman is basically an artist. Opposed to it, sciences are derived from intellect and so are fortresses of manhood. Statism is another attribute of womanhood providing the women with emotional stability, necessary for a family life. Thus, a woman makes the home for manhood without which the manhood remains baseless. Thus, the two are related like a railway station and a train.

      Womanhood has four stages of evolution during a life time - daughter, sister, wife and finally mother. At all these stages, she remains attached to manhood providing him the spirit of love and beauty. In return, the man are to provide her care and protection. A woman is the delicacy of fruit of humanity while the man is its nutrition. This means that the attribute of womanhood is explicit while the manhood is implicit.

      Woman is to provide solace to a man with her most powerful weapon of smiling words, also the foundation-stone of a man-woman relationship. Woman is the sensitivity needing touches by man while the man is sensibility giving value to expressions of the woman. This makes women naturally more expressive than men while the men have higher understandability. 

      Scientifically speaking, no woman is an absolute woman and likewise, no man is an absolute man. Individuals of both the genders have attributes of the opposite gender in varied degrees. So any body in the form of a woman may not be a woman in true sense, like a man may not have desired attributes expected of him. This is the basic cause of irritants in a man-woman married life. The best relationship is maintained when the man is more like a man and her woman is close to be an absolute woman.

      3. Male-Female Relationships

      There are four ways a male relates to a female - father-daughter, brother-sister, husband-wife, and son-mother. Out of these only the husband-wife relationship is artificial while all others are natural. So, we will deal here only with this artificial relationship only which is not only instinctive but also compulsive up to some extent. No male is complete without his counterpart female and vice-versa. The present perverted culture is trying to substitute this male-female relationship by gay-ism and lesbianism which are not only unnatural but also born out of corrupt mentality.

      The male-female relationship is basically made for purpose of procreation to continue the chain of life. Apart from this, it has many other dimensions - the most important being sexual attraction and fulfillment of desire born out of their mutual attraction. Although, the flow of feelings of attraction may get initiated in any direction, it is most often from male to female. Main reason for this directivity of attraction is that the women may have to pay a price in the form of pregnancy for their attraction while the men remain free. This pricing makes the women more conservative than the men.

      In humans and only in humans, sex play is more for pleasures of it rather than for procreation. On an average, out of 200 love-games, only one is for procreation, and all the rest are for pleasure sake only. This indicates that pleasure of love making is immense.
