    PREFACE

    A lot of time and money is spent on cancer research and although Doctors are getting some incredible results, as of today there is still no recognized cure for cancer and genetic disease. Science tends to look for ways to treat a disease rather than a direct cure.

    We are told our lifestyle can be a contributing factor but as we all have different lifestyles, there are many different factors to take in to account and unfortunately these are not all consistent with each other.

    Two different people might lead a similar life style but only one of them contracts a particular illness. The key word here is similar as what’s important is the effect on the body’s pH. The easiest way to tell what is happening is by monitoring the body’s pH. (The measurement used to measure the level of acid/alkaline in the body.)

    This should be 7.36 and is much more important than most people realize! If the body’s pH. starts to change to a more acidic level, the acid will start to damage the cells and can cause the onset of disease including certain chronic genetic diseases.

    Monitoring the body’s pH. and keeping it at 7.36 is the one of most important things we can do for our health and could save people’s lives!

    Amazingly one Doctor in the USA who using similar principles treated 400 terminally ill patients with cancer; yet 5 years later 85% were still alive. This type of treatment could help so many people especially when statistics show 1in 3 people in the United States will be diagnosed with Cancer even worse a staggering 1 in 2 will suffer from heart disease! And the numbers from Aids are rocketing all the Time.

    CHAPTER ONE

    Today Is the First Day of the Rest of Your Life, So Get Ready To Feel the Difference

    What we are going to concentrate on in this book is the body’s cells, what damages them and what keeps them healthy.

    Damaged cells are the basis of disease; even a virus is recognized by shape, these are now with the help of electron microscopes thought to be spent cells, so it’s the damage to the cell which cause viruses and that is why there are so many different types.

    What we need to do is look after our cells, then our organs will be healthy and so will we.

    There are two simple steps to follow: -

    What we put into our body

    What we do with our body

    ‘Let’s start with what we put into our body’

    All you need to do is follow these very simple steps.

    To understand what I mean, if for example you had four shapes a square, a circle, a triangle and a rectangle, next you were given a board with four holes in it corresponding to the four shapes. You were then told to fit the shapes into the correct holes. I put the circle shape in the circular hole as an example and told you to do the same with the other three.

    By following my example you now know the principle of putting the shapes in the holes and should be able to do the other three without being shown how. You are now probably thinking that’s obvious a child could do that, this is silly!

    Well that is how simple all of this is, you will be given groups of foods and told list 1 can be eaten with list 2 so a combination of any of those foods can be eaten

    ‘You don’t need to count the calories’

    Next it might say list 3 can be eaten with list 4 but not 1 or 2.

    That is the basic principle about the food it couldn’t be easier in fact you might be able to eat what you eat now but possibly not all at the same time. So quite simply forget all the old stuff you’ve probably tried or read and let’s start afresh with principles you might be familiar with but this time we will put them all together.

    ‘You don’t have to starve yourself’

    And you don’t have to be a marathon runner! What you need to know is a bit about how the body functions. What it needs and how it works you see the body is a very complex piece of machinery if you like to put it that way, everything has been designed for a specific purpose and even science and engineering have failed improve on the way the body works.
