Purpose of this manual

This is the manual that will teach you how you can be a successful independent business owner. It will help you to effectively build a PREDICTABLE, DUPLICATABLE, and PROFITABLE Network Marketing Business.

To become a successful Network Marketer – there are four MUSTs you must have.

Must 1: Conviction of/or Testimony of the PRODUCT or services you will offer.

Must 2: Conviction of/or Testimony of the COMPANY you represent.

Must 3: Conviction of/or Testimony of the SYSTEM, Network Marketing itself.

Must 4: Proper Training.

This manual will help you to gain a conviction of/or testimony of Network Marketing as a System, because it will teach you how to be successful in Network Marketing and put you on the path of being properly trained. Once you are successful and properly trained you will then have a conviction of/or testimony of Network Marketing.

This manual is divided into four parts: The Simple System, The Why’s, The Start Up, and The Secondary System. However, if you just follow The Simple System and repeat it over and over again, you can become as successful as you want to be in Network Marketing.

With Network Marketing the opportunity exists for you to build a business as big as your vision and commitment. It’s up to you.

What is Network Marketing?

If you were to ask someone What does McDonald’s sell? You would most likely get the answer; burgers, fries, ice coffee, food, etc.

That would be partially right; depending upon which McDonald’s you are talking about, the franchisee or the franchisor.

Now let me put that a little more succinct. What does a McDonald’s franchisee sell? If you said burgers, fries, ice coffee, food, etc. Then you would be correct.

So, what does McDonald’s Corporation sell?

They sell franchises.

The franchisees sell the burgers and fries.

So if you were McDonald’s Corporation how many franchises would you want to sell and why?

The answer that almost always comes back is a lot because the corporation gets an override commission; or a portion of every sale made by the franchisee regardless of when or where in the world the transaction took place.

This is why so many businesses want to franchise.

People purchase franchises because they believe they are purchasing a predictable and successful business system that will return them a profit.

Which would you rather be, the franchisor (the business or person who receives the override) or the franchisee (the retail seller)?

Why not do or be BOTH!

Network Marketing is a Home Based Franchise Business where you are both the franchisee AND the franchisor.

* Note *

While Network Marketing is not strictly a franchise we will use the term franchise throughout this manual so the concepts we are discussing will be more easily understood.

When you join a Network Marketing company you are basically buying a franchise, the right to sell their product and/or services under their name and you receive a commission or the retail profit when someone purchases.

But, and most importantly, you also become a franchisor with the right to sell franchises or to get others to join the company and then receive an override commission when they sell a product or service.

In the normal franchise business – when a franchise is purchased and the new franchisee sells a product or service there are basically only two people who get paid, the franchisee and the franchisor.

If that new franchisee tells his/her best friend they should get a franchise and they do – and they open their franchise and sell the products or services - only two people get paid – the franchisee and the franchisor, not the person or original franchisee who told their friend to get one. There is no incentive to grow the franchisor’s business.

With Network Marketing, if you join a company and purchase a franchise and sell their products or service you, the franchisee, and the company, the franchisor, get paid or make money.

Now you tell your best friend that he/she should get a franchise (through Network Marketing) and they do – they open their business and sell the company’s products or services – not only does the franchisee and the company make money you can also receive an override as being the franchisor, the person who introduced the new franchisee to the company.
