A very good summary of the book. It provided me with enough information about the content of the book to judge if the book is worth reading in more detail. It does not provide enough information to begin the recommended diet and exercise programs. I am not as interested in the political and scientific elements of the book and so the information in this summary was sufficient. I am interested in the practical diet and exercise parts of the book and the summary gives me enough information to know which chapters to tackle first. I could have just scanned the book I suppose but I think that this summary is a more efficient method to the same end.
