    Ever since Albert Einstein came up with the equation E=mc2, energy has been looked at in a different light. In addition to matter, energy has become a prime consideration in life. It is expressed in different states or “frequencies” – very much like that in television and radio where there are different channels and stations. Aside from the energy in our daily life which we are very well aware of, there are other frequencies which affect our life. Given their subtlety, though, they cannot be measured by current physical instruments. They are, however, recognized and felt by perceptive people.

    As long as we are alive, this energy emanates from our physical bodies. Some people have an abundance of this energy, making it easily noticeable. Among them are those in positions of power and government; performers like actors, actresses, singers, models. When they are in a crowd, they “grab” your attention. This is not necessarily because they are good-looking, but because they have a certain presence. The energy they exude is just too strong to go unnoticed.

    The idea of energy permeating substances and people is not far–fetched. It is not only possible but quite easily sensed. All it takes is for us to be a little more perceptive. What role does this force play in our lives? Why the big fuss over it? What is so great about it?

    In order to be happy, our energy should be strong and harmonious. A strong energy body is necessary for proper self esteem and the drive in life. A harmonious energy body is needed for us to be patient and at peace with ourselves.
