The Ultimate Home Buyers Checklist

About this ebook
This Book is also available in Paperback, visit authors website, for more information.
This book has enough questions to get you through a simple house inspection. It has enough information to provide you with the ability to make a rational and sound decision about any home that you're thinking about purchasing.
It obviously isn't going to replace a home inspector, but it's the next best thing.
When I was 21 years old I got ripped off by a rEal Estate Professional and I don't want to see that happen to you. There are unscrupulous individuals, involved in almost every business and the home purchasing and selling business is no different.
I ended up filing for bankruptcy and losing a lot of money, because I trusted a few individuals, who chose to take advantage of my ignorance. This checklist might not protect you from everything, but at least it will provide you with some extremely important questions, especially if you're a first-time buyer.
If you think about it, what do you really have to lose and you have everything to gain.
Greg Vanden Berge
Born, raised and still living in Southern California, United States of America. I don't know if I would consider myself to be another typical high school dropout, but in the 11th grade I took and passed a high school equivalency test that allowed me to leave school one year early. From then on it was the school of hard knocks and when I finally figured out this wasn't going to work, became a student of life. I have over 35 years of experience building, remodeling and repairing apartments, condominiums, residential homes and commercial as well as industrial properties. My interests are history, psychology, business, construction, gardening and thoroughly enjoy sharing the things I've learned with anyone willing to listen. There is nothing better than spending time with friends and family having a wonderful meal, a few beers and intelligent conversation.

About The Author
Greg was born in a one room log cabin, and lived next door to Abraham Lincoln. Together they chopped wood, read books and played practical jokes on everyone in the community. Abraham used all of the information that he learned from Greg and went on to become President of the United States.
Well, that's not exactly what happened, but it sounds good.
Greg was born in 1962 and started working full time in the construction business when he was only 17 years old. He took a proficiency tests that allowed him to leave school a year earlier than some of his other classmates.
I don't know if you would consider him to be a super achiever, but over time he has developed an ability to accomplish anything that he sets his mind to. When he was younger it was baseball and then baseball led to car racing and then construction.
However, in 2007 he wrote his first book and has been writing ever since. Currently he has over 20 books and is an International Best-Selling Author. He's not your typical author, because he writes about a variety of different topics, including religion, spirituality, construction, contracting, stair building, remodeling and just finished a book on writing.
When Greg was 21 years old his father received his General Contractor's License and started building projects, on his own. Up until then, they were working together, installing stairs and building new homes.
At the age of 21, Greg was in charge of installing all of the stairs for four large construction companies. At one point he had four people working for him and he could barely keep up with, all the jobs that were going on, at the same time.
It wasn't long before he realized that he couldn't deal with some of the construction foreman’s and contractor’s. He was simply too young to manage the Empire that his father left him in charge of. However, it taught him a few valuable lessons that he would never forget.
He had no intention of working for someone else, for the rest of his life and by the age of 25, he got his Contractors License and started working for himself. It
