HCG Protocal Guideline

Dr. Simeons originally founded the HCG Diet over 50 years ago. His diet is based on a very low calorie diet of only 500 calories per day for 21-45 days. On these days you are limited to 2 proteins, 2 vegetables and 2 fruits. Eating organic and hormone free is the best way to do the HCG diet. Below you will find a list of foods that are allowed on the diet. You are also limited to the amount of food you are allowed at each meal. It is best to buy a food scale so you can weigh the portions out to 100+/- grams. You will need a body weight scale, as you will need to weigh yourself daily. It is best to weigh yourself at the same time each day so you can get the most accurate reading from day to day. A minimum of 2 liters of water a day is required. A re-useable water bottle is convenient in helping you keep track of your water intake. If you find it hard to reach 500 calories a day you should increase your proteins and then vegetables and not increase your fruits.
Getting Started On The HCG 500 Calorie A Day Diet Phase
If you choose to take the HCG drug then you are required to have two load days
prior to beginning the 500-calorie days. On these days you are required to eat fatty, sugary foods and a lot of them. Some examples are pizza, chocolate cake, cookies, wine, beer, cheeseburgers, and cheese enchiladas. This will help the HCG know what fats to use up.
Beginning on the third day, you will begin weighing out your portions. Each portion of protein, fruit and vegetable should be weighed raw and only up to 100 grams. You should not eat the same thing twice in a day. For example, if you have an apple for breakfast then you should not have an apple for dinner. Instead try a strawberry smoothie or an orange icee. Red meat should not be eaten two meals in a row and preferably not more than three times in a week. A minimum of 2 liters of water a day is required. The more water you drink the more weight you will lose. Because it is difficult to know what chefs add or do not add to their meals, it is also not wise to eat out at
