Introduction
Dear reader,
I am not a chef or a cook in a grand restaurant. I am simply a food lover with a passion for cooking healthy meals. I am a mother of two children, one is three years old and the other is one. On a daily basis I make sure that they get the best food for their health and soul! Junk food and frozen convenience meals
are forbidden in our household because of their high sodium content. I will share my experience and show you how to organize your grocery shopping and make a full week's menu of healthy home-cooked meals on a small budget without spending too much time.
This book contains one week of meals: breakfast, lunch and supper. The recipes are either original or adjusted so they can be easily integrated into your everyday lifestyle. The recipes will give you the quantity of each ingredient depending on how many persons you are cooking for. Whether you are alone or have a family of five, the quantities are calculated for you. I offer alternative ingredients and tricks to keep it simple. You will find the grocery list for each day and also for the whole week. Do your grocery shopping every day
