About this ebook
FINE TUNING is the art of changing with the times. It is using the natural gifts of the 6 senses to connect with what you want, need and must deal with, in order to get results in your life that make it feel right in the present. Being fine tuned is how to get through these changes and come out feeling good.Have you ever had a feeling that someone was watching you and turned around to find it true? Have you ever had a feeling that something was terribly wrong, and it was? How many decisions have you made because “it felt right?”
Known as our sixth sense, intuition is a big part of our lives, but Jane Bernard, author of Fine Tuning: Connect With Your Inner Power, says people don’t always know how to use intuition to its full potential. “We take our senses for granted. Many people make decisions based on analytical thought rather than focusing on what feels right. That’s why some people feel stuck, confused, as if something is not right. It might be time to fine tune your sixth sense,” says Bernard.
It has been said that if you want to make your dreams come true the first thing you have to do is wake up. Fine Tuning will do that. If you stop to remember what makes you feel good as you focus on where you want to be, then you will become a person with purpose.
Learning how to fine tune your senses can empower your life in many ways: help you lose weight, cure loneliness, improve business environment, and help you achieve clarity and inner strength. Because this keeps you in touch with your body and emotions, FINE TUNING will improve your sex life.
The only way to fine tune your senses is by using them. For example: use your eyes. Look at what is in front of you. Even if you’ve seen it a thousand times before, really focus on your sense of sight and chances are you’ll see new aspects of the object in front of you. Use this technique with all of your senses. “Once you’ve learned how to master your five senses, intuition falls into place,” says Bernard. “You have to be open to intuition and you must take time to see your surrounding in a way you normally take for granted.”
Intuition is the inner drive that puts you on the path of possibility. It’s the sum of your potential and it’s always available – you can learn how to tap into it on demand.
Fine Tuning is designed to re-connect you with your intuition. It can be opened up at any page to find a soundbite of insight. Hold the book in your hand, think about what's on your mind then open the book and connect.

There are two ways of spreading light:
to be the candle, or the mirror that reflects it.

Introduction:
These are times of massive change. The rug’s being pulled from under our feet economically, environmentally, politically, culturally and in ways we don’t realize or expect. Fine-tuning what you sense is how to navigate without getting lost. We are unique. There are always surprises. There is no one way to find answers and no safety net for making the right choice.
Fine-Tuning is short soundbites of intuitive insight that will feel remarkably familiar. We know more than we realize. Organic sensuality is our cellular source of insight, consistency and comfort. It’s instinctive to depend on all six senses to live fully.
Everybody has intuition. It’s like breathing. It’s what makes us tick. We can ignore it, but can’t live without it. Enjoy the simplicity of Fine-Tuning. The greatest answers and joys in life are very simple.
When you’re ready to refresh intuitive priorities and recognize transparent boundaries, open this book — to any page.
Start gently. Be kind to yourself. Do not criticize yourself before knowing your options. Don’t fall into the mental trap of confusing fear or doubt with new ways to be open or adapt. It’s intuitive to sense options that relieve stress. We naturally sense ways to protect and affirm what matters most.
As you depend on your intuition the way you trust your eyes you will begin to understand and trust your heart. This is the experience of inner power.
It feels like happiness.
A Personal Note
I had been searching for passion and on the way, discovered a natural guidance system—my 6th sense: Intuition. This is when I began to know myself.
Fine-Tuning is the very personal journey of opening my mind and reaching into my heart. I had been blindly searching for comfort for a long time and finding nothing. Frustrated and on the edge of an abyss of defeat, I had no passion for living. I was married with two children, but felt alone. It was brutal for me to continue toward where I thought I wanted to be. So, I gave up searching with my mind and began noticing what I could see, hear, taste, touch and smell. This I knew, was real.
Thus, my journey began. It was scary, but the alternative, which was to feel nothing, was worse. I began writing Fine-Tuning one hour a day. With patience and determination, I discovered a sense of direction. I learned intuition is the personal coordination and guidance system to keep me on track no matter what else is happening in my life. I discovered that fine-tuning my five senses is how to access it.
I don’t know why the unknown can be so scary—it just is. We need to be brave to be honest with ourselves. Even though we are unique, we all want Love and Happiness. Until we know our heart, we don’t know how or where to look. We must know our questions in order to search for answers.
Ironically, as I shared this book, I discovered that my journey is to a universal destination. We’re all born with an inner guidance system and focused by purpose. The words in this book show how I found myself. My prayer is that they open windows for you.
Fine-tuning radically changed my life for the better. I learned that every kind of passion is the delight of the possible. It’s not always easy, but, at the end of the day, it feels really good.
If you choose to trust your gut, this book is a very gentle way to open your mind. When you notice what you sense, you’ll recognize and understand how to know yourself. My journey is a gift to where you need to be, to feel more comfortable, empowered, and in tune with Destiny.
Fine-Tuning is an intuitive and psychological oracle. The best way to read it is spontaneously. The only discipline is to listen to your spontaneous choice and follow through.
Take your time because every page presents a possibility. Every moment, you are taking a leap of faith.
As you consider the glass of knowledge that is before you, decide if it’s half empty or half full, and drink to your Life.
