    Chorizo matches and Cumin

    Ingredients for 4 persons:

    1 puff pastry

    fine slices of chorizo

    cumin seeds

    1 egg yolk

    Preparation: 10 MIN

    Preparation:

    Cut the dough into strips (1.5 cm x 10 cm)

    Cut the chorizo into very small pieces

    Glaze with egg yolk

    Spread the chorizos and the cumin onto the strips

    Bake for 10 mins

    Anchovy Puffs

    Ingredients for 4 persons:

    1 glass of anchovies

    1 puff pastry

    1 egg yolk

    Preparation: 10 min

    Cooking Time: 20 to 30 min

    Difficulty Level: Easy

    Cost: Economical

    Preparation:

    Spread the dough

    Cut the dough into big strips of 1 centimeter wide

    Empty the glass of anchovies

    Wipe the anchovies

    Take them one by one and roll them onto the dough: make snail like shapes

    Glaze the puff pastry with egg yolk

    Bake in oven at medium temperature and brown

    Chipolata Puffs with Spices

    Ingredients for 4 persons:

    4 chipolatas (sausage)

    spices of your choice (paprika cumin curry)

    250 g (8.9 oz) of puff pastry

    1 egg yolk

    salt

    Preparation: 40 min

    Cooking Time: 20 min

    Difficulty Level: Easy

    Cost: Economical

    Preparation:

    Poach the chipolatas in salted boiling water, think about pricking them so they don’t burst

    Spread the puff pastry, cut them into small rectangles

    Cut the chipolatas into 4

    Place the pieces of sausages on the dough rectangles, sprinkle with one of the spices

    Wrap the dough around the sausages and glaze with the egg yolk

    Place them on a greased plate and brown them in the oven at th. 5 175°C/356°F for 20 minutes.

    Parmesan Tiles

    Ingredients for 4 persons:

    80 g (2.85 oz) of very finely grated parmesan

    2 sprigs of thyme

    Preparation: 5 min

    Cooking Time: 5 min

    Difficulty Level: Easy

    Cost: Economical

    Preparation:

    Remove the thyme flowers and chop them finely

    Mix the finely grated parmesan with a bit of the « dust of thyme flowers »

    Warm a non-stick
