NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR
Hello again! I’m Magda B. Brajer and welcome to The Break-up Bible 2: The Path Forward.
Since The Break-up Bible: The Keep Strong, Let Go And Move On Guide has graced the digital bookshops, I was contacted countless times by my readers, who told me that the ‘no contact rule’ worked for them, that they have either got their boyfriends back or managed to move on from the ones that weren’t worth another go. For many of you, The Bible has opened new doors; doors where you finally managed to shift the perception that that man was ‘the one’, that he was somehow special and completely irreplaceable. Well, you now know he wasn’t. Many of you have told me that after you finished reading The Bible, it was the first time in a very long time you felt peaceful and at ease with yourself. But mainly - and this is what transpires the most from the communication between myself and you guys, my readers - is that you became empowered after reading it, and that that boost of confidence has ultimately helped you to believe that you can and will get over him for good! Each and every time I hear your individual stories of personal triumph over the pain of a bad break-up, I am so very pleased that my book and my own personal experience was of some help to you. And I always find it very humbling, but flattering too, when someone tells me that after reading my book, they regained the strength to look after themselves, and were able to move forward - even when they thought that were going round and round in circles and long lost the believe that they could ever get over their ex.
So why do I think that there is a need for a sequel? Well, like with every other area of our lives, when we first become motivated and compelled to stick to something, like when we decide to stick to a healthy diet or regular exercise plan for example, we stick to it initially and maintain
