What Happened to Your Body?
For the most part, we are all born with a clean slate. During the course of our lives — the day-to-day stuff, mostly — things happen that lead some of us to care for our bodies and others to neglect that important step.
That’s okay. No matter what you have done to your body up until now, I honestly believe that if you decide to change today, I will be able to help you. Here’s the kicker: I can’t do it for you. You have to make the decision. My role is to show you and guide you through every stage and everything you need to do.
The Inside Track
For 30 plus years, I’ve made the commitment to better health. My doctors tell me I have the body of a 35-year-old, as opposed to my true 52 years. I would bet any amount of money that I could outrun any of the guys that were on my high school football team. If by chance any of you are reading this from Pikesville High School Class of 1972, come on... let’s go! I’ll prove it!
