Introduction
Sugar addiction is generally thought of as a person having a sweet tooth, or sugar craving, but the reality is that sugar can be extremely addictive. One of the main problems with our tradition-al western diet is that sugar is almost everywhere and in numerous foodstuffs, making it almost impossible for people who have a sugar addiction to avoid.
