I am not ashamed to admit Chocolate is my first love. Give me a pound of the stuff anytime of the day or night; I can make it disappear in no time. No arguments about calories, sugar, too much of a good stuff … can stand in between those delectable chocolates and me. It is truly divine when you crunch up a chocolate, close your eyes, and let it melt through your mouth, tickling the palate and flowing down your throat. At my home, I fight for every bit of my share of the chocolate with my kids. Whenever chocolates are bought they better reserve my share. If not a war breaks out with pillows and cushions flying thick. I love chocolates as much as my I love my kids or may be even more than my kids. (Sorry to disappoint you kids!)
If there is a food that can transport you to 7th heaven they are chocolates. They are truly food fit for the gods. This book is my dedication to chocolate, the inventors, and innovators of chocolates and all those chocolate manufacturers who have truly made the chocolates more delicious by their unique recipes and above all the diehard chocolate lovers of the world.
Surprisingly Chocolate makers use 40% of the World’s Almonds and 20% of the peanuts produced

Folklore suggests that the cacao was the food of the kings and royalty and held in high value for its medicinal and health giving
