My name is Gretchen Scalpi and I am a Registered Dietician (RD), a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and a certified Wellcoach®. I work with clients everyday who know they need to eat right but they don't. Like you they are busy, busy, busy and don't think they can make the time to cook at home.
Cooking at home has many benefits including the choice of how much sugar and fat go into your meals, how many calories you serve, controlling portion size and saving money. It isn't as difficult as you think it is to cook at home. In this e-book you will get twenty-one of my favorite recipes including items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. These recipes are easy to follow and delicious to eat. I've made and tasted each recipe in this book in my own kitchen and included calorie counts!
