      INTRODUCTION

      In Virginia, a small town hosts a house that had history. At one time a man who owned the house and was believed to be a Warlock whose wife had died, leaving him with four young daughters to raise, became a great historical figure.

      As young girls grew up their father taught them everything they needed to know about sorcery and witchcraft. Becoming teenagers they were a powerful force in their community.

      When mature young ladies the Civil War was raging around them and a battle between their Warlock father and the Union forces was about to occur. It would be nothing like the battle they would face in the future.

      That battle they’d face later, after their death and, new beginning, would take them into an alternate Universe, forever. Read on to see what happen’ s to the ladies of Witches Lair!

      The Battle for Witches Lair

      JEB Perkins was a simple kind of guy who came to town not long ago, everyone loved him, and he always had a smile on his face. No one really knew much about him, or where he came from. He opened a General Store in their town to supply everyone’s needs. If the town’s people who knew him really knew who he was, and what he was, they’d have revolted against him.

      Standing only 5’6 tall, and sometimes walking with a limp (although he really didn’t have leg problems), he always smiled a lot and greeted people with a hardy Good morning neighbor; how are you today?" he wore an old pair of overalls all the time. A very handsome guy with jet black hair and deep set blue eyes he was someone to look at. Wearing a strange looking necklace of a Jackals head with rubies for eyes.

      When he first came to town he asked where the Witches Lair was, it was as if he already knew what he was looking for. Talking to people around town he’d heard it was the old mansion, outside of town. Meeting with Miriam Reynolds the real estate saleslady, he’d made an appointment to go view the mansion.

      Miriam tried to talk Mr. Perkins out of looking at the place, because
