    One Book Five Booklets

    Preface

"The cure for pain is in the pain." Rumi

Big Pains & Big Pangs are Pharaohs. They hurt and cripple people and make them suffer. They can crush you to cry out in anguish. They are unleashed on people by Corruption, the biggest Pharaoh of our time. They keep people sick, poor, and unhappy. They grip nations and citizens tight and hold them down. No health, no strength, no joy. And progress runs away. Nigeria is one example.

Their torment is shared. Pains ache and burn. Pangs bite and sting. Corruption is their master. It depends on where and who they attack for you to know who is responsible. Sometimes, they work together to confuse you. If headache rocks your head, big pains are in charge there causing tension. It suggests you are sick. If hunger bites your tommy, big pangs are at work there asking for food.

Corruption is the Grandmaster and Commander in Chief of all Pharaohs. He has been the bondage boss from the beginning of suffering. He rules with pains, pangs, and bondage through a solid structure of troops and forces under his command. He holds people down and makes them suffer in anguish as they toil in hard labor with low wages and cry out to be set free.

Corruption rules in many nations in different sizes and levels. He is very powerful. His heat is too much. He maintains a strong hold on the economy and resources of nations and citizens through a network of cabals and forces that are Visible or invisible, local or international. He increases his territorial control, power and command in the world. Stand in his way, he crushes you. Who can stop him?

Corruption deals most of the big pains and big pangs where it rules big time. You can’t measure his power and reach. But he operates in many countries with, battalions, fleets, and squadrons of Pharaohs. He operates like the military. That may explain why it’s so difficult to dislodge him anywhere he rules, He does not govern. There is a difference. A Governor or President allows inclusion in governance according to the country’s constitution as in democracy. Corruption thrives on exclusion. He drafts his constitution and signs it into law. Only he can amend or review it.

Big Pharaohs can hold you captive for years if you don’t break free. Don’t stop them, they stop you. Life becomes difficult. Keeping them off depends on what you know, who you know, and what you can do. You have to be free of pains & pangs and poverty and grow so you can muster the power to set others free.

Freedom is not free. You pay the price to get it. The drive for it moves people to action. Good leaders express freedom to make people prosper. Bad leaders suppress it to make people suffer. To move forward, people demand it. Leadership makes it possible. And better life is always the result. At different times in your life, pains & pangs can make you cry. You can measure blood pressure with instrument. You cannot do same for pains & pangs. This story shows the forces of Pharaohs in action today, how they operate; and the pains & pangs they unleash on people. Who can fight them?

Three great forces stand out in this story to do it. Only you can stop them. They don’t have arms but they have immense power. They are strong forces in you that are neglected but ever ready to bail out people in from misery. The first is Imagination, the big force in you. The second is Inspiration, another big force near you. The third is Talent, the power-force God gives to people as gifts; to power them to accomplish their dreams Pastors call this last one, ‘the rod in your hand.’ It may be in the leg too as in football superstars or in the voice as in celebrity musicians.

These three powers are very active in young people today who have the energy to burn. Many crushed youths can’t come to terms with growing up in a world of pains & pangs unleashed by Pharaohs of today. They want to move forward and prosper. The Pharaoh of Egypt has multiplied into Pharaohs of Pains today.

Pains & pangs run through this story. They are part of life. Most times they come before joy. Every mother passes through labor pain to bring a baby into this world. Anywhere freedom is absent Pharaohs reign and pains & pangs take over. The forces inside and near us are set intervene to move people forward if only we allow them. When people are set free they do wonders. Some become great leaders.

The conflict in BPBP is Imagination and youths fighting Corruption and Pharaohs. The fight may never end. Corruption remains the biggest Pharaoh today and the bondage master with global reach in in battering people. He leads a large troop of forces who grip people to suffer and refuse to let them go. This conflict is building into youth spring in many nations.

The aim of this story goes beyond freedom from pains& pangs. It is to make you discover you and move to achieve.

. It is to make you use your natural forces and gifts to break free and go to Promised Land. Everybody has one and the track to go there. Yours is not mine. Going there will be tough, but it will change you into a happy and prosperous person. Your Promised Land is closer than you think. It waves at you to come and drink the milk and honey that flow there.

Professionals call it ‘going to the top.’ This book urges you to help others achieve their dreams. It charges young people to break free and provides the platform to engage them for big bucks.

When you reach the top, you’ll be transformed in content and container. Going there remains a challenge but the rewards are many. And it starts with being free to do what you have passion to do. Your Promised Land story may be the most inspiring you’ll tell to connect with others and move them. It comes from your heart and inspires others to move. You’ll read mine here, my crash and bounce-back. I learnt hard lessons.

This story comes in 5 Booklets with specific content bundles. The Siege is the Booklet of Pains. It shows the pains & pangs of young people as they struggle to survive and grow. The Troops is the Booklet of Pharaohs. It exposes the taskmasters; their rank and file; and what they do. The Trek is the Booklet of Wilderness. It takes you through the career pains of the storyteller and his battles with pharaohs.

The Tribes is the Booklet of Youths. It demonstrates the energy of young people at work today as they discover who they are and put their talent and passion to work. The Race is the Booklet of Movement. It signals the surge to Promised Land. The whole menu is served in bits you can take as we roll on the turf of young adult literature.

The story behind this story is the Book of Exodus of the Bible. It is adapted here to what is trending in the world today. In Exodus; women and children, herdsmen and farmers cried out in pains & pangs. Young people and professionals have joined to make the Pharaoh cry louder today.

This story runs from Genesis to Revelation. And the message is universal. Find your place in it and work to change your life and others for good.

    .

To move people, we should answer five questions. What we achieve depends on our answers and actions. You answer the first four as you read. I answer the fifth as I write. Your take interprets the message and moves you.

One: Who are you? Your answer puts you on track to Promised Land with vision and focus.

Two: What’s your brand? The story inspires you to brand yourself and go for your dreams.

Three: What’s your tribe? This is your passion, talent and lifestyle in action as you push to the top.

Four: Are you free? The fight for freedom has become fierce because of increasing pains & pangs.

Five: Who’s this book? It is a bundle, content machine, and platform. Book Dad is the shepherd and advisor. He guides youths, and counsel’s adults with wisdom and common sense. Book Works is the production and content marketing facility. Book Page provides the contact point for professionals to network and ‘move it.’

The setting of this story is Nigeria, the background African, and the thrust is movement. The context is branding and flavor is biblical. What you’ll taste here stretches from Genesis to Revelation. The story is branded to stir you to do same for your works. The power of branding sets you apart to command attention and big business.

Some phrases come in Pidgin English to put the Nigerian touch to the story. The Five booklets show the story structure. , The movement to Promised Land today is not only for people. It’s also for brands and products. Producers have to go beyond customers’ satisfaction and take them to the top. Going to Promised Land today is not motion on feet as in Bible days. It is by brand works, networks, and digital technology.

This work is not endorsed by any government or organization. But persons and brands mentioned here merit it. See the power of Imagination at work here and put yours to action. The story begins with pains and ends with pain killers. And it builds hope and surety for better future. What begins here is the exodus of brands and people to Promised Land. This is BreXodus…The branded movement today.

    Welcome on board.

    Book Movie hits the market

    Movie as a Book

    One

Book Works Productions the movie company, has released the first book-movie into the entertainment market to thrill young people and revive the reading culture among them. Info-Media Company is behind this production. It comes at a time when youths now watch online movies more and read books less. The new product, a Boovie, comes as a book that shows movies to check this trend. The current boovie title is, BPBP with the charge of Let My People Go. It is a movie story of 30 chapters showing strong forces fighting Pharaohs of today to free people from captivity.

    Two

Every book is a story as every movie is a story. The conflict here is fierce as Imagination & Team confront Corruption & Co. to rescue people from the grip of modern day Pharaohs and oppressors. The pains of the storyteller in his career trek under the fire of Pharaohs, offers lessons on perseverance and how to bounce back from grass-to-grace. Professionals call it going to the top.

    Three

Boovie breaks the rules of infotainment by offering movies you can watch in a book as you relax at home, cool off at the beach, or sit at a bar. The stories are specially written in scenes and blended with screenplay to bring them to life as boovie. The promoters expect this innovation to be a hit that will educate and entertain young people and adults alike who don’t like to read any more.

    Four

Boovie offers the book entertainment option beyond the screen. It is a unique blend of book and movie and a revival in the home entertainment industry which is positioned to attract young readers back to book and keep them there. You watch the movie as you read. Movement and conflict are there. The scenes and plots are vivid. The sight and sound hook your attention. The book talks to you and shows action. You hear the characters speak and watch their conflicts. But you hear with your inner ears just as you watch with your inner eyes. Boovie stirs your imagination and gets you involved in the story.

    Five

Media executives say the market should expect more entertainment media options for storytelling with the increasing applications of digital technology. The challenge is clear: Young people have migrated from book to social media. If we want them back-to-book, turn it into boovie.

"We are hungry and angry. Our leaders are responsible. They are full and happy. It’s a bad deal. We are captives of modern Pharaohs who oppress and suppress us. We can no longer bear the pains. We must stop them so we can reach the top. We want big forces to dislodge them so we can move forward. We want you to rescue us from captivity.
