How To Win The Procrastination Endgame
()
About this ebook
This book is in many ways unique when it comes to treating procrastination effectively. For example, you will not find any time management tips in there. Why? Because that is simply not the solution for ending procrastination.
If you are suffering from procrastination you actually do know that you should be doing useful stuff NOW instead of being caught up in your favorite time-waster. But that knowledge has not kept you from postponing. Useful as all those time management tips might be, they are simply worthless when it comes to procrastination.
And the same goes for all those tips on motivation, discipline building skills, planning, etc. etc. That is because they are all missing the point:
Procrastination is not the problem, it is the solution!
In other words, procrastination is a symptom of an underlying problem. And that problem is the true cause of your procrastination. You gain something by postponing. And that gain outweighs even the stress resulting from procrastinating. Address the underlying problem, the true cause of your postponing behavior, and watch your procrastination become a thing of the past.
This book deals with the true causes of procrastination. It comes with a unique method that
is easy to learn
requires no extra tooling
works with you instead of against you
delivers permanent and lasting results
And all that in just 10 days with the bonuses of a boosted self-esteem and a stress-free life!

Introduction
Procrastination ends right here. Welcome to your new life
.
Jeez, what pretty bold words to use. But I do not use them in vain. And you are reading this book for a reason.
Imagine suffering from procrastination. And with suffering I really do mean suffering. It keeps you from leading the life you envisioned for yourself. You postpone important things to do to the very last moment which is an invitation for more nasty stuff in your life. Think stress, sleep deprivation and missed opportunities. And of course frustration because every time you have this same thought: Why, o why did I let it come to this, again?
You might have several reasons to want to end your procrastination. But the bottom line is that it is you that wants to change. And this is the only reason that matters. You are not doing this because others (parents, spouse, friends, boss) want you to change, no matter how much they might be affected negatively by your behavior. No, it is you that is suffering the most from your procrastination and you choose differently now.
Maybe you are kind of desperate because you have tried several things before to end your procrastination. There are so many ways offered to help you end your procrastination. And in your case these offerings failed or were just marginally successful. Later I will explain why this is the case.
Luckily you found this book and you have shown the courage to step up to the plate. I give you a warm welcome just for this alone. And lets toast on your success. You have found yourself worth the investment and this is a sign of a true champion.
Let me put you at ease right away. The method I offer you is simple. This book is structured such that along the way you will receive the feedback needed to get and keep the ball rolling. And once you have this momentum going, you will experience how effortless it becomes to take the next step.
I also want to let you know that you are not alone. Many have gone before you. I know persons who have seen relationships and friendships come to an end because of their own procrastination. I have seen people get into financial trouble because of their procrastination. I have seen people miss golden opportunities, purely because of their procrastination. And one these persons was me. I have gone through it all, many times over. I do know what it feels like. And I have ended my procrastination.
I know that you too can get rid of your procrastination. Getting this book was your first step. A giant step in the right direction. No time anymore for looking back with feelings of shame and regret. There is no way to change the past. Your past will from now on only serve as inspiration for the road ahead.
From this moment on you are traveling new roads. This is the beginning of a beautiful trip that denies
