Introduction
Every day you can hear stories about children and spouses that are being abused by a loved one. Sometimes the children are the focus of one of the parents’ abuse when they are sticking up for the other parent. Most abuse goes unreported to the authorities, and you only hear of the abuse when there is a death that is caused by the abuse.
But, what have you heard in the news about the abuse cases, where a child is being abused by a parent, but mysteriously the parent that was the abuser goes missing? What happened to the abuser in those cases? After abusing their children for years do they just one day decide that they have abused enough and move away and not tell anyone?
Or is there a part to this story that the media does not tell? What if there was something that was going on that you would only believe if you believed in paranormal happenings. What if there was a way that children who are being abused can be helped, and the person or people abusing them can be forced to face what they are doing, and then have to pay for what they have done?
What if a stranger gave you a charm, and told you that if you held that charm and wished for help that you would get supernatural aid. What if you were told that The Little Ones, who were the gatekeepers for hell, would come and take away those that were hurting you? Would you believe? Would you have the courage to call upon The Little Ones?
Meet Tim, a junior high school child, and his mother Sharon. They live in a normal neighborhood, and they lead normal lives, at least that is what people think. But they share one nasty secret, they are both abused by Tim’s dad, Sharon’s husband Jeff. He has beat Tim and Sharon for years, and his brother Gary and his wife Barb live in the basement. Gary takes his jabs at Tim and Barb does nothing to stop the abuse.
Join Tim, as his friend Ben gives him a mystical charm and he is told that if he uses it he can call upon The Little Ones and the abuse would stop. One night Tim gathers the courage to call upon The Little Ones, and they come to help stop the abusive father that torments him.
Chapter 1
May 21, 2012, Kindlewood, Maine- Tim, a young junior high school boy, lived with his mother Sharon, his father Jeff, and his uncle Gary and aunt Barb. Gary and Barb lived in the basement of the house. Tim’s uncle Gary was the brother of his father Jeff, Gary and Jeff worked at the same place, and in their time off from work they sat around the house getting drunk.
The typical night at their home was of Jeff and Gary getting drunk, and Barb, who was also a drinker, but she did not partake in the beatings that Jeff and Gary took pleasure in dealing out to Tim. Tim’s mother, who was not a drinker, was also left to the musings of Jeff beating on her. She tried many times over the years to leave Jeff but each attempt just lead to more severe beatings.
Tim, who grew up being abused by his father, usually became the focus of the beatings when he would do or say something that turned his father’s abuse from his mother onto himself. Tim, would suffer from many bad beatings so that he would take the beatings and would spare his mother.
