Easy Meditation for All
()
About this ebook
People who practice meditation on regular basis look and feel typically 20 or even 30 years younger than others their age. Give the mind a regular “break” and to achieve self-healing nature of our everyday makes all the difference. Self-healing and rejuvenation seems to be within reach of everyone who is willing to learn meditation and meditate regularly every day.
For Buddhists, meditation is essential for the cultivation of wisdom and compassion and understanding reality. Buddhists believe that our ordinary consciousness is both limited and limiting. Meditation allows you to live life to the full range of our conscious and unconscious possibilities.
To reach the Higher Self, it is best to focus on the source of his “inside”, which led to the “inner light”, a core of the Higher Self, which at first seems infinitely far away “from the other side of a long dark tunnel. “ When we get close enough to our Higher Self, the inner light is much brighter than the sun, and when we are allowed to join, happiness cannot be described in human language. To get there, we need to achieve absolute purity of the mind during meditation, have pure intentions, and then focus intensely for a while on his “inside” and “inner light”.
The most important role of a spiritual master is to show all his / her individually to the Higher Self. Then, it is the individual to practice and attain the Higher Self.
From the foregoing, meditation seems to be an essential skill to achieve ultimate enlightenment. There are some meditation techniques. Most of them use what is called ‘mantra’ consisting of a few words or sounds. Mantra is repeated mentally to help us achieve and maintain a “blank” state of mind.

Preface
Meditation is an exercise which aims to prevent thoughts in a natural way, by deeply relaxing the physical body and then trying to keep the mind completely blank
with no thoughts whatsoever. This state can be maintained for a few seconds or hours, depending on your skills. Purity of mind achieved during meditation is essential to have access to the Higher Self. It seems that our higher self does not admit any impurities.

There are different types of meditation; prayer is probably the best known. One of the main goals of meditation is simply to stay conscious. Falling asleep during meditation does not have the same beneficial results. Another goal is to expand your consciousness into frequencies and frequencies slower Alpha Theta. This is the case with some moderate practice.
Body position
It is important for the novice not too comfortable. Setting too comfortable in meditation can easily lead to sleep. At the beginning, the best position is sitting with feet apart and flat on the ground, a little while back straight, head slightly bowed, and your hands on your lap, palms up or down, what either that feels most comfortable for you. Do not slouch your body, and
