      As both Pol. Gen. Suwat Tumrongsiskul and I are food connoisseurs, whenever we have a chance, we find eating good food with family or among friends to be one fine way to enjoy life.

      Eating good food is an effective mental treatment, but it must couple with taking care of your physical health. Pol. Gen. Suwat sees its importance as he keeps himself healthy and fit by eating nutritional food and exercising regularly.
