Preface

This book is one in a series that is of no particular order, yet holds a place that speaks to you and what you are resonating with at this moment in time. The Higher Vibrational book series is designed to expand our awareness of our energy-body self. The aspect of us that historically has been feared or revered, seen or unseen, referred to as good or evil, and it all depends entirely on the clarity of our perception of reality.

What is different about this offering of the Higher Vibrational book series is that I intend to provide a view of energy and vibrations in overall relation to everyday life. I have tried to include mutual life situations to do so. The future work of the series will be themes oriented to delve into specific areas of life. While writing, I have endeavored to transposition my mind space and my heart-mind to allow as much guidance as possible from the unseen energy that permeates all life. In doing so, I often moved into a state of highly focused and guided word flow. We all have access to a heartfelt inner guidance. This guidance works well, if we trust it, and is often known to come from our higher-self which is an aspect of our energy body or our unseen existence, and it is always divinely connected to that which created us. In order to experientially know this part of ourselves, we can apply a simple but effective evaluation of our own work. Is our work forced, planned, intentional, and thought-led, or is it inspirational, intuitive, natural and spontaneous?

I have, by way of experience, moved from a life predominately emitting low energy vibrations to one of an immense joyful, harmonious, love-filled state that I term Higher Vibrational Living. This life transformation was not only of a physical nature, but more importantly, a perceptual shift into embodying more of my higher self and the qualities I just mentioned. In doing so, I now align with the Higher Vibrations of all life, and this subtle, behind the scenes, spirit that directs my life so purposefully.

The life experiences, through which I have prevailed, revealed their purpose, supplying an intangible gift that any problem could, in fact, be transformed into a step for positive possibilities. Everything we experience has within its expression a variety of possibilities, outcomes or choices that can occur. When we see these options clearly, we are then empowered to pay closer attention to our choices, therefore sequentially seeing and acting on that which is more in line with what we wish to achieve.

There is, within all of us that extended hand, willing to guide us through our life experiences in the best possible way. We either choose to take the hand of guidance or to walk our own path. We will eventually come across this inner guidance again and again, especially so if we stumble and fall. My choices led to much stumbling, much suffering and to a state of darkened living filled with striving, doing, planning, stress, expectations, and worrying. The moment I released all this, I came to embrace the available guidance within, and watched as life transformed into the rightness of action for me. No, I didn’t sit like a monk in a cave; I followed the flow of a knowing greater than mine and came to trust in that flow as the foundational strength that would always deliver the authentic reality for me. Do I have thoughts that otherwise engage the mind? Yes! But now I am an aware observer and user of mind. Just as I did not create the effects of my mind overnight, I also have the understanding to know that I will not diminish those effects overnight. While I say that, however, I am not going to wait around to measure the validity of that statement; I am going to simply enjoy life and adjust the course of my actions to feel resonance with that intuitive inner drive and inspiration that seeks to express more in my everyday life.

I am blessed that I enjoy writing so that we, all, can diminish the worry, stress, panic and fear so evident in a life that is dominated by an unexpanded, undeveloped mind-awareness, and move toward enjoying our own higher-self presence on earth.

Self-awareness information works, and most flows from a very well-intended place. Much of it promises to reveal the secrets of life, happiness, transcendent well-being, and achievable wealth. While much of it can be very helpful, it is easy to fall into an addiction of getting help, and for some, a degree of self-help-holism. Many people dart from one modality to the next asking, Is it this or is it that, which will gift the life I authentically want to live? I recommend the best way to go about using any self-help information is to stick with what resonates with you. Align with that inner nudge that causes you to stir. Follow with passion and innocence, the path you find lit before you. There is always one choice that shines brighter than all others in any given situation. Recognition of that allows us to see the choice that takes us into the light.

Life moves at different paces and stages for everyone. The straightforward, predictable, common way we tend to lean towards doesn't always play out as suitable for us. Sometimes a momentary leap to that which is previously unknown, can gift exactly what we need. So embrace how this book came to you and, when you are ready, surrender to the Divine space that life is; relax in the surprise, for you will find yourself pleasantly graced with information that reveals a way of living outside of your current reality. This may be the first or the last of the Higher Vibrational book series that you read; either way, meld with the information and may it bless you, as you open to the knowing that, We are one with the Creator.

So let us begin by urging you to enjoy the stories within these pages. This information holds a message of love and devotion for the expansion of human life. The dramas of life are simply the mirror of our mind and will eventually be replaced with the reflection that mirrors the Creator's intent. To suffer in life is a valid lesson, when it leads to an expanded awareness.  Wherever we find ourself, there, too, is the Creator’s presence, in stillness, as it awaits our recognition. Our choice is: do we recognize life in this moment, from physical world dominance or from a fully engaged spiritual world presence? When we can detach enough from allowing the phenomena of thoughts, emotions, identity, concepts and ideas to dominate, we gain engagement to a higher resonance, one which is above the frequency we are now experiencing. Our perception then clears enough to illuminate a far greater reality, one filled with joy, love, compassion, being, inspiration, intuition, peace and unity, where we know: We live in the world, but not of the world.

These pages have been written for the purpose of helping us to view everyday reality from an expanded awareness, and guiding us to embrace our own personal connective ability to our higher self that dwells within. Our own key to the attainment of our spiritual expansion is tucked inside the layers of our own energy-body frequencies. The path toward obtaining Higher Vibrational frequencies - the gifting of our own heartfelt desires - requires a perceptional movement that only we as an individual can attain.

While the journey is personal, we do not have to travel alone. Many people are now consciously choosing the path that leads to Higher Vibrations, and ultimately, to oneness with the frequency of the Creator.

While this may seem a daunting task, even a lofty ambition, it is the journey we are all undertaking, whether we know it or not. Many are still questioning this ambition, while others consciously choose to experience energy shift after energy shift, along a vibrational frequency scale, taking them closer and closer to realizing their intentions.

Throughout my own life, I constantly quested for answers pertaining to the ‘Why?’ of existence. I hungered for spiritual understanding and for years the mind and heart raged in war, till I thought insanity would surely win. My early life was filled with experiences that embodied struggles of living in a physical and emotionally abusive environment and showed nothing of this coveted spiritual connection, that was intuitively awaiting me. In fact, it was not until I put my questions away and moved to experience the reality of the unseen realm on its own terms, of simply being aware, did the key unlock the inner state that I needed to experience. We all have access to this inner state at any moment we so desire.

While it may have taken me a lifetime of struggle and strife, the words within these pages will help you quickly see through situations and experiences to illuminate the dynamics of the frequency scale and its connection to each person's individual spiritual path. This scale extends beyond the measuring capabilities of the scientific world. Within these pages we will venture on both sides of the veil and illuminate just how the veil eventually disappears, bringing spirit-led life into a daily reality. While there is no rush to any spiritual unfolding, reading these words gives you the space to ponder and compare, see and expand, and then, finally, consciously accept and choose to be one with the consciousness of this intelligent, creative life- source that is the Mind of God.

As a ready student, whatever information we seek will appear for us. Collectively, people have always been in this state of readiness, and, as a result, new information has now appeared, and ascension on a mass scale is more evident. Is there anything we have to do about this? No, we cannot alter that which is guided by a force greater than ourselves, but we can assure our own awareness and participation with that force. Our choice to participate grants the knowing of Divine greatness and the realization that we, too, are one with this Divinity. Should we miss our many opportunities to participate, our life can only give off a smaller light, and it is we who suffer the consequences of small living, forgoing our eternal invitation to be One with the Divine plan.

The latest information to bless our spiritual expansion comes in the form of comprehending the Hertzian energy body frequencies that can be distinguished and measured in this physical dimension. We can also welcome the latest knowledge of cosmic or spirit frequencies of gamma and ultra violet frequencies that many are now feeling in this dimension. Learning about the entire range of frequencies that flows through our seen and unseen world, connecting our physical and spiritual selves, can serve as a preliminary step to moving our life to that spirit-led existence we intuitively know as real.  As our awareness of frequencies expands, this causes a shift within, whereby we come to recognize that we actually perceive reality into existence. Our perception of reality is incredible because whatever is contained within will also be found in our daily life.  In the case of our perception being filled with dramatic life content, we actually create a veil over the clear action of our I AM presence. Should we work to clear the lens of perception, the energy frequency of our I AM presence filters in, causing more transmutation and clearing of our total energy field as we simultaneously ascend the spirit frequency scale. Whatever is on the lens of our perception is guaranteed to be manifested and returned as what we recognize as our own state of reality and our world. The I AM presence is that part of us that vibrates in spirit state with all that is aligned to cosmic frequencies, or the Divine Source.

Any external situations and experiences that we engage in are directly affected by the contents of the perception we have. Our perception is not static, but can be compared to an ever-changing, porous veil found between our I AM presence, or divine self, and our human presence in material world existence. Both sides of the veil effect, or alter, the nature of the veil itself, therefore, our perception can be altered by our I Am presence and our human presence in material world existence. When we realize that the Divine Source flows from the I AM presence, or spirit side, of our existence, we will then become aware of just how our perception became obscured though the occurrences of our everyday life. Much of our material world constructs simply do not hold up in a predominately spiritual environment. These include, but are not limited to, holding onto anger, living in fear, blaming others, feeling limited, controlling attitudes and accepting defeat.

Our perception can be altered by impulses from our I AM presence. This occurs as inner guidance, intuition or the unexplainable imperatives received from the higher-self connection we always maintain with the Creator/God. These impulses of spirit energy are the intuitive bursts of spiritual consciousness into a material world. Often, when we least expect it, our inner guidance manifests as a gentle nudge, and we
