This ebook is to put forth one idea that can aid you in your quest for personal transformation and transcendence. It will be one that will challenge you to make a paradigm shift. I define a paradigm shift as a change in perspective that changes your perception about your world and your experience of it. Any change or transformation requires a shift in perspective. Once you shift the perspective you have the ability to create a totally new experience. The average person believes that once they see change then they will change. But what most do not recognize is that ALL change occurs from within first and then the world you see reflects that which is within you. Your definitions/beliefs about the events within your in your world is what creates your experience of it. I will go a little more in detail later on in the book about this idea.

You have heard it stated by many that what you put out is what you get back. If you are able to comprehend and apply that simple idea you will empower yourself immensely. I believe one of the biggest lessons that humanity has to learn is to find unconditional acceptance of self. Unfortunately we have so many belief systems the really keep us from achieving that. We in turn jump over the idea of gaining unconditional love for self to the more lofty ideal of giving unconditional love for the world. This is a contradiction in so many belief systems. The belief that we can give to the world something that we can’t even do for our individual self.

    Contradictions disempower you

If we did examine the doctrines and teaching they would unravel. We are told from a young age things like we should not question God, or to just believe on faith. This then becomes belief system that does not work for us as individuals and a society as a whole and we wonder why we can have a
