Editor’s Preface
This booklet is based on Aaron’s words as they were channeled through Elsie Poynton. Because so many people ask the question, What does it feel like to die,
Aaron made it possible for Elsie to have the experience of dying so that she could tell us what it feels like from her human perspective. She describes her experience in Chapter Two: What It Feels Like to Die.
Elsie’s experience of dying is similar to the one that we all will have. Although the details will change, the basic experience will be the same for everyone. When it is time for us to leave the Earth, we will feel ourselves floating as we are gently drawn into the Light. We will be enveloped in pure, unconditional Love. We will see ourselves as the main Actor in our Play of Life
and realize that we haven’t died—we have simply walked off the stage.
Throughout this booklet, Aaron uses various words that have similar meanings; for example, Spirit World
means the same as the Other Side.
Listed below are examples of some of the words that are used interchangeably with one another. Some words may have a negative emotional connotation for you. If so, simply substitute one of the other words.
God: Source, All That Is, Infinite Energy, Universal Energy
Spirit World: Astral World, Heaven, Other Side, Home
Returning home: death, physical release, transition
Soul: Spirit, Higher Self, who you really are
Actor: ego, little self
Group Soul: Family Soul, Family Group Soul
Even with many words to choose from, it’s impossible for Aaron to adequately describe the Other Side using our limited human vocabulary. And understanding what it means to exist in the timelessness of Infinite Energy is incomprehensible for most of us. As Aaron once said, You can’t understand it from your human perspective, but it all makes sense from the perspective of the Light.
Aaron’s words are offered with love through the mediumship of Elsie Poynton and
