They have several human men working for them. The men capture women and offer them as blood or sexual sacrifice to the demons. The demons then repay the men with earthly riches and successful kingdoms. And the men also get to watch the demons seduce the newcomers. No one is safe. The demons readily accept queens and low born women as their slaves. Once they are captured, they are subjected to exquisite pleasure and pain as they slowly become one with the creatures. When it is time, they take on their human form to help seduce and obtain new beings for their pleasure dungeon.
