I never in my life intended to be a writer. I came to The USA at 2005 and went to school for visual arts since I have a huge visual arts background. I graduated as a Graphic and Web Designer but shortly after starting to work as one I realized that this wasn’t how I wanted to spend my life, I wanted to be in a greater service of people.Years later I moved to New York City and was working as a real estate agent in one of the largest real estate firms in the city. I wasn’t happy there because I wasn’t serving humanity for a greater cause. After two years I wanted to start my own company and I wasn’t sure how to drive people to my website so they could buy my product.I don’t really remember how I came up with the idea of writing an e-Book but I did it and I distributed it for free in order to build customer trust and make people come to my website. Things took an unexpected twist. One day I received an email from one of my readers telling me how my book changed her life. That day I realized that my calling was to change people’s lives by sharing my knowledge.I still can’t believe this is happening. Now my life is more meaningful than ever because I have the opportunity to reach countless people around the globe thanks to Smashwords and iBooks.

Preface
Dear reader,
This is an updated and revised edition of my book, originaly titled, The Free Fat Burner. First when I wrote this book my goal was to share my real life experience with people who had the same problem like me - being overweight, feeling totally embarrassed by my body, having low confidence and feeling fear to take my shirt off at the beach or the pool. I was living a life of isolation and I was watching all the other people with the nice
bodies have all the fun.
Since The Free Fat Burner was my first book I didn't know what to expect. My whole life changed as a result of a single email that I received at the end of 2012. The lady who wrote it expressed her gratitude about how much my book changed her life. That event made me take my work very seriously and I went and read my book from beginning to end.
My book isn't perfect, English isn't my first language and some people might think that I am in middle school. Regardless of that my experience in fitness and nutrition is proven to lead to long lasting results. What I recommend in this book is what I do on daily basis. Unlike a quick How To Lose 15 Lbs in Two Weeks
diet, my lifestyle is the same every day.
I no longer wonder what to do when the diet is over. As a matter of a fact I eat whatever I want, ice-cream, pizza, burgers and fries or whatever fattening foods you might think of and my body weight does not change.
I'm fit and muscular, full of energy and joy. Millions of people have adopted this lifestyle and live happy lives as a result of that. I didn't invent anything. I just followed common advice about healthy nutrition and exercise and discovered that the biggest obstacles in living a healthy life are complete junk foods disguised as health foods.
I would be glad to share with you all the books that I've read on those subjects. If you wish to do so, if you have hundreds of dollars to spend on those books and also hundreds of hours to read them, try what works and what doesn't, email me personally and I'll give you all the titles in my library.
Otherwise this book will be a shortcut to the experience that I gained in the last five years on my journey to a happy, healthy and more meaningful life. Thanks for purchasing this book.
Enjoy the ride and good luck.
Chapter 1: How much is a dream worth?
I recently saw on TV an interview with the first female space tourist. They asked her how much she paid for the trip to which she answered that she paid $20 millions. Then they asked her if that wasn’t a little too much. She simply said: "It has always been my dream. I always wanted it so no price was too high. How much would you pay for a dream?"
How bad do you want a six pack on a scale of 0-10? Or, if it's not a six pack that you want, perhaps you want to lose some weight and have an athletic and toned sexy body that would stand out on the beach. Trust me, heads will turn when people notice that flat stomach and sexy thighs.
Maybe you want to finally take control of your eating habits and stop feeling like you are a victim of the insatiably hungry monster that lives within you. Whatever level of physical fitness you want to achieve there is a way and there is no doubt in my mind that you can do it.
The only question is How bad do you want it?
If you don’t want it strong enough you won’t get it. Arnold Schwarzenegger was the greatest bodybuilder ever because he wanted it bad enough to win Mr. Olympia over and over again until he retired from competitive bodybuilding. Michael Jordan was the greatest basketball player because he wanted it bad enough. Muhammad Ali was the greatest boxer because he wanted it bad enough.
All these athletes that I just mentioned were regular people just like you and me. They were different in the way they wanted to achieve something. When you want something bad enough you will pay any price. I’m not talking about physical money here. If you don’t want it bad enough, then don’t waste your time. This book is for the ones that really want it. Are you ready for a challenge that will shake your world and change your life forever?

Chapter 2: Introduction
It’s 5 o’clock in the morning. It’s still dark, but my alarm just went off. I have 15 minutes to get up, put on my gym clothes and head to the gym. There my day will begin, and I’ll watch the sunrise when I’m completing my first set. I’ve got a lot of things to do today after my workout. I have to get home, prepare breakfast and my meals for the day, and go to school from 9 am until 3 pm. Then I have to go back home, put on my uniform and go to my job at 4 pm. At about 11 pm I’ll come back home and I’ll have my last meal for the day before I go to bed with a book or a fitness magazine. Oh, I can’t wait until tomorrow. I can’t wait for another day at the gym.
I wasn’t always like this. I remember that, just a few years ago, I had a strange theory. I was looking at the people who were jogging on the street with a pity. I thought that there has to be something seriously wrong with their heads for them to be running day after day. My theory was that no animal on our planet engages in voluntary effort to move around without a reason. Lions, for instance, move when they have to catch a zebra or go to rest in the shade during the day. Zebras move when they need to escape the attacks of the lions, and so on. I thought people that went to the gym and lifted weights were doing a thing without a reason. I thought it was foolish to try to exercise or engage in any other sport activities.
And now, here I am, going to bed every night, trying to fall asleep as soon as possible because I can't wait for tomorrow when I’ll be at the gym. I am like a kid on Christmas Eve, waiting for the morning to unwrap the gifts.
In this book, I’ll tell you why I do something as outrageous as waking up to the excitement of going to the gym every day, as well as what led me to my current lifestyle. In the last 5 years, I’ve tried different ways to fight my body fat, and I’ll share with you what I’ve learned along the way to my dream body. This book is intended for you whether you want to get a six-pack or just lose the few extra pounds and keep them off. Whatever your goal, no force
