The Thank You Notes Workbook is a 30-day program which will SHOW you how gratitude will benefit you in four areas - your SELF, your HEALTH, your relationships with OTHERS and your WEALTH. Take the 30-day challenge and experience the positive changes brought about by an attitude of appreciation.
The program begins with a commitment to play full-out for the 30-days, as an active and fully engaged participant. Each day you will be given an activity to do that focuses on a specific area of appreciation. At the end of the 30-days, there will be the opportunity to reflect upon the changes that have occurred and acknowledge your progress.
By taking the exercises to heart and completing this workbook, you will see results - you will experience a more positive perspective on life, you will feel better, your relationships will strengthen, and your business or financial situation will improve.

Lisa Ryan is completing a PhD in Child Language Acquisition at Trinity College Dublin. Her current post is that of Principal Speech and Language Therapist for Community Care in Area 7 of the Northern Area Health Board, Dublin. She is a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and also sits on the Education Committee and the Publications Committee of the Irish Association of Speech and Language Therapists.

If you want to be happier, healthier, have more loving relationships and also be wealthier, you’re in the right place! Prepare to set out on a journey that will stretch you, delight you, and give you the opportunity to appreciate your life in ways that you may not have experienced before.
This 30-day challenge will SHOW you how to transform your life in four key areas.
It will change your SELF-your perspective, the way you look at people and events in your life.
It will improve your HEALTH-you’ll feel more energetic, less stressed
Relationships with OTHERS will strengthen as you acknowledge those you love
It will benefit your WEALTH-both career and personal prosperity
Each day begins with a quote and some ideas to reflect upon. Introspective questions and an activity follow, examples are in parentheses.
Complete the exercises to the best of your ability. If a particular word or activity does not resonate with you, substitute something else. For example, if you do not have a spouse or significant other, replace the word with friend
or whatever works for you.
This is YOUR workbook. There is no right or wrong answer. If you happen to miss a day, forgive yourself and start again the next day. It’s all good.
You may want to write your thoughts in this workbook first thing in the morning. By doing so, you’ll a positive expectation for the day. You can also be grateful in advance of events happening. If you choose to record your reflections at the end of the day, you have the opportunity to look back on the day through a different perspective. Either way it works.
