About this ebook
In recent times, meditation has emerged as one of the most powerful self help tools for regaining and maintaining good health.
The need for the benefits of meditation has never been greater. Amidst the busyness
of modern living and signs of the global economy collapsing lie a vast array of
potential stresses. Add to this the weakening effects on personal health from other
lifestyle factors and environmental pollutants, we can understand the general
feeling of the need for a more relaxed, balanced, healthy and meaningful life.
It seems many people are feeling below par. Everyone speaks of the feeling as if they are just “coping”, like someone out at sea, just managing to stay afloat, while
treading water hard.
For others it is worse. Illness seems to affect way too many lives these days. For a longer lasting resolution, chronic illness requires that we regain a sense of balance including a healthy and active immune system. Many people are seeking a way of regaining their power, by means of rebuilding both their immune and nervous
systems. They are looking from healing within.
This is why meditation has gained such recognition. Quite simply, meditation can transform disease into good health! As people practise it more, the benefits of meditation extend far beyond physical healing. Good health spreads out to include physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. This is when it gets exciting! Meditation can transform ordinary, everyday existence and survival into something meaningful and wonderful.
For me, meditation is an essential part of life.
To obtain maximum benefit from our meditation and to fully integrate its benefits into our daily life, what we need is to both understand and experience it.
You are About to Embark on an Exciting Journey...Why?
Because we’re giving your nervous system a power stimulus with a strong effect on your mental, emotional, and spiritual health and I want you to fully understand what is happening – and why it’s happening. Our Channeling Meditation Course has been created for all to find your calmness and centeredness, to then fully embrace the divine being that you are. Love and respect your divine self and the journey of transformation will begin. Most of all guiding you How to Meditate.
Meditation takes us from the doing to the being! The verb “to meditate” covers a range of practices which help to change our state of conscious awareness - from the normal waking state to the state of meditation. When we practice meditation, we gradually let go of doing and settle into a state of profound stillness - the state of meditation.
To experience our meditations has obvious and immediate practical benefits as well as more esoteric, inner benefits.
The key to the practical benefits of this type of meditation is that when we enter
the stillness, we relax, we let go of all activity, the doing stops, everything settles.
In the stillness, the simple silence, we return to a state of profound balance.
Quite effortlessly and naturally. A profound sense of balance. This balance will
reflect as physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance. The profound balance
of good health.

After only just 3 sessions I have started to see results and feel a lot lighter after each session is completed. I can have a good night’s sleep after suffering from insomnia for the past few months and I am noticing myself being happy and content for no reason at all. A change for the better has happened and am confident with a few more sessions my health will be back on track again. “ DES
