      Introduction

      On March 19, 2007, I had an amazing awakening experience in which I felt as if I were melting. I felt absorbed in the love of God and I was in a constant state of ecstatic bliss. Everything in my reality started to slow down, as did my breathing, heart rate, and inner rhythm. I also noticed that almost every experience filled me with bhakti tears—devotional tears of love. When I looked at other people, I began to see their inner children. I began to see all people as they had been as children. I had more love and compassion for all beings and could see their true essence as unconditionally loving souls, beyond their imprints and behavior.

      At the time this was happening, I was finishing the last steps of this book, and was in the eighth month of intense daily training with Sri Babaji. Babaji is the ascended master and the supreme perfected yogi presented in Paramahansa Yogananda’s classic book, Autobiography of a Yogi. Babaji is immortal, can manifest and de-manifest his physical body at will, can travel in all dimensions, and can communicate in any language by intent and energy vibration. I first encountered Babaji in Sedona, Arizona, in Boynton Canyon when we were doing a collective DNA activation and meditation. (In DNA activation, energy is directed through various techniques that use symbols, light, color, and sound. The energy activates DNA codes that have been dormant since before ancient history. It is these codes that allow expanded awareness and, eventually, spiritual mastery.) At that time, one of the questions he asked me was, Are you ready to embody your full mastery? My life has changed 180 degrees since I answered Yes! From that day on, we have communicated daily and I am completely honored that he is my guru, teacher, and—most of all—best friend.
