I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher and find that my practice of Indian Head Massage has become gentler since I learnt about Reiki.I feel anyone can learn Indian Head Massage and I love teaching it.My practice work is mainly in care homes in Wales, giving this relaxing therapy to both the residents of the home and the staff who work there.

      WHAT IS REIKI?

      The word Reiki is used to mean both the energy employed by Reiki practitioners and the system of healing in which that energy is used.

      Reiki energy

      Reiki is pronounced Ray key. The first character or syllable of pronunciation, rei is given by Mrs. Takata (who brought Reiki to the West and is therefore at the head of most Western lineages) to mean universal, and the second, ki means the energy that is present in all living things, or life-force energy, so Reiki can be thought of as universal life force energy.
