My Mission
I will present The Leverage Diet for the world to read. Those that will benefit from this book have a similar history of weight problems and failed dieting as I have. Anyone that has repeatedly tried and failed diets can benefit from this book.
Do you have trouble losing weight? Are you depressed about your weight? Maybe you have been struggling for years. You’ve failed so many diets it’s not funny anymore. Your physical and emotional health suffer because you can’t lose weight. Dieting just seems too hard. You are frustrated, tired of feeling fat
, and desperate to lose weight.
Maybe you overeat to make yourself feel better or to help you manage your stress. Maybe there are other reasons. As a result, your body has grown bigger and your health has declined. You may be caught in a vicious cycle of feeling bad about yourself, overeating to feel better, gaining more weight, then feeling worse. Finding a way out can seem hopeless.
But it’s not hopeless. I found a way out of this self-destructive cycle, by chance, or maybe by destiny. The resolution came to me in the form of The Leverage Diet. With this book, I sincerely hope to help you escape the suffering you have endured and propel you to a new level of living after successfully losing the weight that has plagued you for so long.
