Reviews for Unequal Protection
2 ratings1 review
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This is an impassioned book by an author who is apparently big in talk radio, though, since I don't listen to talk radio, I have never heard of him.. He says that the Supreme Court Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific did not say that corporations were people and he is right about that since the headnote to the case has not basis in the opinion of the Court/The author says a lot of tru things in the book. He is not a lawyer, and sometimes his coimments are a bit jumbled, but in general he makes sense.
