Everywhere she went Elizabeth noticed masses of people with obviously unhealthy lifestyles. She went back to college and earned a Bachelors in Dietetics from Baylor University.
Elizabeth spent several years working in different practices before opening her own business. Her one passion in life is from helping others achieve their weight-loss goals while retraining their minds to enjoy a cleaner, healthy existence.
Elizabeth specializes in alternative diets with an emphasis on vegan. She has tailored her programs to include the total package, with focuses on losing weight and keeping it off, and a combination of mental health and physical wellbeing.
