He wrote his first poem The Dingo as a school project, which was placed in the Balgowlah Boys High’s ‘Book of Achievement’.
After completing his apprenticeship as a diesel mechanic in 1978, Mark eventually found his way into sales, which he worked in for nearly twenty years.
Following a relationship breakdown in 1995, he was diagnosed with manic depression, which was when he began to write again, restore his faith and become determined to try and make the world a better place.
Mark is sixty years old, married to Kathie, has a son, Nathan, and three step-children, and his interests include music, travelling, gardening and ten-pin bowling.view less
