Le Phan is the pen-name of Phuoc Le. Phuoc Le graduated from Seminari Theoloji Malaysia (STM), Malaysia and Asian Center for Theological Studies and Mission (ACTS), Korea. He is married with three kids. Phuoc Le used to work as an independent pastor and theological instructor teaching and preaching for TEE in Vietnam and at various Bible schools among the house churches in Vietnam. He is now serving as a senior pastor for the Vietnamese Baptist Church of San Diego, California, USA.

Lê Phan là bút danh của Phước Lê. Phước Lê tốt nghiệp trường thần học Seminari Theoloji Malaysia, Malaysia và Asian Center for Theological Studies and Mission (ACTS), Hàn Quốc. Ông lập gia đình và có ba người con. Ms Phước Lê từng hầu việc Chúa tự do và giảng dạy cho chương trình Thần Học Phúc Âm (TEE Vietnam) và một số trường thần học tư gia tại Việt nam. Hiện nay ông đang phục vụ trong vai trò mục sư quản nhiệm tại Hội Thánh Báp-tít Phước Lành San Diego, California, Hoa Kỳ.
