She holds a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy and a Masters degree in Special Education/Neuropsychology. Over the past thirty-five years, Ms Vaughan has developed innovative programs for adults and children. As a retention and graduation specialist, Ms. Vaughan is known for her work in the areas of retention and graduation of challenged college students. She has worked both in the United States and abroad and is a regular guest on Trumpet Radio's "Sisters Let's Talk".
