About this audiobook

She’s cold, calculating, and can deceive with a smile. Jane Doe is back in the Amazon Charts bestselling series—and this time she’s met her match.

After a brutal childhood, Jane Doe has been permanently wired to look after herself and only herself. Now, looking next to normal, Jane has a lover and a job. But she hasn’t lost her edge. It sharpens when she hears from her estranged family.

Jane’s deeply troubled sixteen-year-old niece, Kayla, has vanished, and no one seems to care. Neither does Jane. Until she sees a picture of Kayla and recognizes herself in the young girl’s eyes. It’s the empty stare of a sociopath.

Jane knows what vengeful and desperate things Kayla is capable of. Only Jane can help her—by being drawn into Kayla’s dark world. And no one’s more aware than Jane just how dangerous that can be.

I wouldn’t Norma pick this kind of story but boy am I glad I did. This book was so good. Different and interesting. I definitely recommend reading this book.

I'm greatly enjoying Jane Doe's shenanigans and hope there will be a #3 coming out soon. The ending has me intrigued and wanting more.

I’m pretty sure I’m Janes long lost sister. Proud to know someone else thinks this way, even if they are fictional.

I have enjoyed part 2 of my fave psychopath. Her dry sense of humor always makes me laugh! Great, easy read!

I loved my reencounter with Jane and her sociopathic point of views. I was hooked by her manipulations and plots. And surprisingly, many of her snarky comments made me reflect on several topics. Usually, regarding sexism.
I must admit, that there were moments in the story where I wasn't as involved with it. But still, this was such an enjoyable time. Would recommend.

Wish I was able to read this as a kid. I would have accepted myself much earlier in life. Great book for those who relate.

I loved the first book but this one was pretty disappointing. Really boring, not too much happens until late in the story. Pretty much you get to hear about Jane eating for the first half of the book. Not really sure why they put that in there over and over. I’d probably skip this one.

I kept waiting for it to get better. I kept thinking the plot would thicken. In the end, it left a lot to be desired.

This book was tedious and predictable. The first book was much better. Same snark as the first one without the focus.

An excellent, page-turning book, from an interesting perspective! I think it could also be enlightening for many, to help them understand sociopaths and also the ways poverty and abuse in children can lead to lifelong antisocial or illegal behaviors. I loved this book!!

When I hears there was a sequel to Jane Doe I was so excited. I really love Jane. This book like the first, is hilarious. I enjoyed ever minute. The narrator is a genius. I'm hoping the author will write a prequel exploring the lives of Meg and Jane before Megs death. I'm a huge fan of Jane. I highly recommend Jane Doe and The Problem Child.
